549 Volume One Postscript: It's Truly Not Easy to Raise a Son_3

The vulture that was kicked down didn't even let out a squawk.

The little creature pointed towards the bottom of the cliff and said, "Protect Grandma, protect Grandma!"

Gem Atkinson patted the little creature's head and said, "Good!"

Of course, Gem didn't know that due to his suggestion, over the next two years, whenever the little creature caught any aquatic creatures, crawling insects, or running animals, it would drag them up to the highest point of the presidential mansion and throw them down, claiming it was "protecting Grandma." The mansion's yard was, for a long time, littered with animal carcasses. There was even an incident where the little fellow took a liking to a leopard gifted to Gem by the king of an African nation, and he actually carried it to a high spot and threw it down, claiming it was "protecting Grandma."

That was a diplomatic leopard!
