Lucas finally shook off all media tracking and got into a taxi late into the night.

Flurries of snow lightly fell from the sky.

She wore a hat to cover her striking red hair and oversized sunglasses to hide most of her face, along with a loose, thick down jacket that completely enveloped her slender figure.

"Uh, sir, where would you like to go?" asked the taxi driver.

"Century Flower City," Lucas replied, with a beautiful curve forming at the corner of her mouth.

Catching sight of that stunningly beautiful smile in the rearview mirror, the taxi driver swallowed: A woman, right? Should I address her as miss?

But whether it was sir or miss, the aura emanating from the figure sitting there, motionless, was a bit intimidating. The taxi driver didn't dare to talk too much, he just said, "Please sit back and fasten your seatbelt," before starting the car.
