A kind of Doomsday but only made to kill living beings with intelligence and self-awareness because as a human before I am aware there will be billions if not trillions of species lost in their Pride, Ego, Dignity, and self loth, and will never accept my rule So this will the answer for those species as we can always kill them but not every one of us or my future kids will know how to kill species without causing mess destruction.
And I don't like to go there and kill them as there are too many this way will be the best as nature will live on and we can repopulate the planet or use its recourses, after all, a fully functional planet can be used in many ways plus I will connect them with hive mind so they will teach our Mechanical force how to fight intelligent beings as I know situations are worst of worst any intelligent species uses their intelligent best way. The cherry on top will be this will be a very good show to watch.

It's not as easy as comics or movies show you take DNA and make a copy with your DNA combining no is very hard to do as you first have to decode it. Put it back then combine DNA and see what happens as you can create a deformed being just as easily its literally impossible hiw they do it out of thinking as to how easily they can do this.
