Secret Admirer

Biyan was still walking towards the bus stop at the end of the alley. The weather is cloudy this morning, the streets are already crowded with pedestrians who are busy with their own business.

So did Biyan, who had been standing in front of a five-story building for almost an hour carrying a form for his school.

Biyan did not know whether his decision was right or not or whether he should have rejected the big master's proposal to give him a scholarship. Biyan can work and doesn't have to worry about his finances.

From all his thoughts someone stood beside him silently. Biyan shifted his gaze. "Riyu." Biyan immediately looked away disapprovingly.

The two of them were still silent.

Riyu took out a brown envelope from his jacket and gave it to Biyan.

"What's this?" asked Biyan unfriendly.

"Continue with your schooling, I will help," said Riyu without turning his head and it suddenly made Biyan dumbfounded. Looks like Riyu just had an accident. "Once I find a suitable house, move out of the mansion."

"There's no need to think about us." Biyan handed back the envelope. But Riyu didn't accept it.

Riyu turned to look at his sister. "Should I apologize? I will repay the money, who did you borrow the money from?"

That question again, Biyan can't answer it until now he hasn't met that good person.

Riyu just left without hearing Biyan's call, envelope in hand. It was the first time Riyu had given him money.

Riyu will return to the cafe where he works, from a distance he saw Regina but was ignored. Regina unexpectedly saw it too.

The street light is red. The surrounding people also started to move. Regina should have taken the straight path to the supermarket, filling her empty refrigerator with food so she wouldn't starve.

But his legs just turned. Passed several shops selling a variety of ready-to-eat foods. It wasn't until the sturdy back of the black leather jacket came into view that Regina began to distance herself.

Riyu suddenly stopped. Regina immediately got out of the way, hiding among the shops. The man looked down then crouched down to tie his shoelaces and then walked back. Regina was crazy, after all after a broken heart and now she was following the boys.

With an inexplicable curiosity as to how Riyu came to be, Regina followed closely behind. Until the man entered a cafe at the end of the road.

Regina remembered it was the cafe she had visited the other day when she was heartbroken. After a while, he decided to go in there again. After all, it's a public place. Riyu didn't have to suspect her existence.

"Welcome miss," the exclamation came when Regina opened the door. A man behind the counter smiled broadly. "Standing there is comfortable, miss. But I'm afraid you'll hinder other visitors who will enter this cafe."

Felt realized Regina quickly entered. "Sorry."

"No need to apologize, our customer is the king and you are the queen."

Regina chuckled. "You seem familiar to me."

"Me too."

"Is that true?" Regina's face was enthusiastic.

"Who can forget the face of a beautiful yet sad woman sitting for hours in a corner of a cafe alone."

Regina grimaced, regretting that such a sad thing had to be remembered by others.

"I'm guessing you must have forgotten my name?" The cafe employee covered the right side of the chest, where his name was printed.

Regina felt more and more uncomfortable, really that day she did not remember anything even the taxi driver who took her home did not know whether Regina had paid for it or not. "I'm sorry..." he regretted, sadly.

The man laughed. "You have to stop saying that, I'm Jey. The most handsome employee in this cafe. I also don't happen to know your name and we haven't actually met." Jay held out his hand.

"I'm Regina."

"It fits perfectly," said Jey with a wink.

"Thank you for helping me also book a taxi for me. Did you pay for the taxi because I forgot to pay or not?"

"No problem Regina."

That night Riyu took care of Regina as well as the taxi.

"Still, I have to replace it."

"What if you order a drink and we break even," Jey said humorously. It made Regina smile as well.

"I'd like a cup of hot chocolate."

"Same as the other day?"

Regina nodded with a smile.

"Alright, your drink will come soon Regina."

"Just call me Rere, it will sound more familiar."

"Okay," Jey left the woman turning to the counter again.

Regina waited and that was the time she used to look around. The cafe is almost entirely made of black wood except for the floor. Shady lights on each side and at the right angle make the atmosphere warm.

Also, displays are made of wood, and plants are near the window on all sides. Adding to the impression this cafe is like a house.

But from all that, his eyes couldn't find the whereabouts of Riyu's figure. Even though Regina was very sure when she saw the man enter this cafe.

"Well, here's your order." Jey shifted the glass covered with paper in front of Regina. "Is there anything else you want?"

At that moment, the door opened again. It appeared the figure Regina had been looking for, and this time it made her gape. How could the man have just arrived while Regina was sure that Riyu was the first?

Riyu followed Regina's gaze. "Oh… let me guess you came to this cafe for following him?"

Regina blinked and froze for a moment before finally shaking her head violently as if afraid of being caught. "No." Regina's answer made Jey smile even more.

"No? That's good. That means you're an exception. Because usually, the beautiful women who come to this small cafe are the only reason, her!" Jey pointed at Riyu who had already turned to the cashier counter. It doesn't matter what they're talking about.

Jey turned to Riyu. "Yu, there's a woman who came but it wasn't because of you. You don't seem that charming." Jey laughed softly.

Riyu who is behind the counter just smiled faintly without looking at Jey.

"I hate your smile!" said Jey again.

Regina immediately pulled the glass and then seemed to concentrate on enjoying the taste of the warm chocolate.

"So Regina, no matter how charming she is. Riyu is still the most handsome employee, second. In this cafe, you have to remember that!" said Jay, rolling his eyes.

Regina smiled amusedly. "Once again, thank you." Regina returned to enjoying her chocolate with a little stealing glance at the man behind the counter.

After the chocolate was finished, there was really no reason for Regina to remain sober. Does he have to be heartbroken again so he can stay in this cafe longer? Crazy thinking. Regina immediately got up, slinging her bag over her shoulder, she glanced at the table which was now empty.

What to expect?
