"I think home is just a little far away," Calliope said. She felt light. Too light as if she was on clouds. She looked at the bottle she had had a sip of and then smiled as she added, "Let's walk home."

"Are you crazy?" Callum spoke as if he couldn't understand such an idea was given by her. There was no way they were going to walk home. Nope. Not at all.

Trying to be reasonable with her, he said, "How will you walk in heels?"

Callum shook his head and quickly said, "No, this is not happening."

"Then how about…" Calliope raked her brains and then her eyes fell on a supermarket. "How about you buy me a pair of flip-flops?"

Callum squinted his eyes at her but then she cheekily pointed at the supermarket, explaining what she meant. He sighed, shaking his head but agreed in the end.
