When Santiago reached Callum's house, he entered the apartment where the TV was playing as he laid Callum on the bed while news of several people shot at a hospital in Orin was playing.

One man passed out because of alcohol and another man was cleaning the passed out man. Thus no one paid any attention to the TV news.

The same night, King Leonardo was spending time with his wife in their bedroom when someone knocked on the door. And several minutes later, his special assistant appeared carrying an anxious expression.
