"How did this happen?" Calliope asked Santiago after a long time. They had been sitting in silence outside the ICU and no word was uttered for a long time.

"Killian and Nash think it's not an accident, " Santiago replied. "Killian is in charge of investigating. We are just waiting for Callum to wake up first."

Calliope nodded her head. "Include me in the investigation. Ask Killian to contact my head of security. I want to know everything that the team finds."

"Of course, " Santiago reacted. "Where is Amadeo?"

"He is staying at Nash and Valencia's place, " Calliope told him.

"In the morning, I will ask Percy to take the kids

with her. Valencia will not be able to take care of them along with Nash who has a tendency of becoming a kid when he is sick, " Santiago said.

"Thank you, " Calliope smiled at him. She called back to know about Amadeo but thankfully he was asleep and she would talk to him in the morning.
