The man, whose name was Randy Rahadian, was the man who invited Raka to attend Wlynina Academy. It was he who had found Raka when Raka was still named Rama Pradana. In other words, he is the one who has made Raka find his new life. That's why he is quite meritorious to Raka.
Even so, speaking openly like that, telling that he had witnessed the incident, it was like remembering the past that Raka wanted to remember. Randy made Raka remember the incident of his uncle's death. It was a bit troubling to him even though Randy was doing him a favor.
Raka wanted to forget it and thought it was just a memory from his past, but Randy made him remember it again. It was as if Randy did it on purpose to make Raka remember that.
If someone doesn't want to remember anything and even erases the memory, then you shouldn't disturb that person's past. But somehow Randy had no problem with that. He seems to have a plan by reminding Raka of Raka's past.
Well, that's very true, he did have a plan with Raka's help. Therefore, he invited Raka with the lure of getting peace in this school, which in reality was not like that. It was a sneaky way of him.
"I refuse!"
Raka refused, but Randy seemed sure that Raka would accept it.
"You've all been involved, Rama—no, Raka Pradana."
"What do you mean?"
"You have been involved with the White Horses gang. You have interfered in their leader's affairs by making Clara Anisa your girlfriend. You have dealt with Kevin."
"Is that so?"
Raka was quite surprised, but he didn't show it from the look on his face.
"You started it. That was your choice when you were in charge of Clara Anisa. Miss Cindy must have told you that."
Raka knows that Clara's mother and Kevin's late father want a marriage for their two companies. They want to match Clara with Kevin. He knew it was from Cindy who told him about it. But, he did not expect that had started all this.
At first, he finds a girl who needs his help. He only intended to help her alone, without thinking about other things and the risk of it. However, he has a different way. He helped the girl by making the girl his girlfriend. Even so, he still didn't think about what the future would be like, only being responsible for that girl. That's what made him date Clara Anisa so far.
When he finds out that Clara and Kevin were betrothed by their parents from Cindy, he still interferes in their affairs, not deciding to break up or keep his distance from Clara Anisa. Even now, he still has that relationship with Clara Anisa.
"You know what? You got yourself into their business," Randy said. "And did you know? You've taken a doll that you shouldn't have taken. You can't be free from it because of that choice you made. It was based on you knowing nothing about your new surroundings."
"Fujitora..." Raka turned to Fujita who was beside him.
"What's the matter, Raka?" Fujita asked, turning to Raka.
Raka wanted to ask about Fujita's plans to interfere with the two companies, but Randy continued his words, making both Raka and Fujita turn to look at him.
"Therefore, you have to get involved with all of this. That's all if you want to take care of your girlfriend properly."
Raka was silent for a moment. He thought of something. After that, he asked.
"Can I ask something?"
"Sure. What's that?" Randy asked, crossing his right leg over his left.
"Are you playing me? Are you lying to me?"
"No, I've never done that to people who gave me hope."
"Then why did you invite me to this school with the promise that I would have a peaceful life? Why did you do that? Do you think I'm stupid? Even if I start something, I can still find peace, right? So, you have lied to me about peace in this school—no, in this city, Redoom City."
"Hee..." Randy smiled a little, then he continued, "You seem to have misunderstood, Mr. Raka. Even if you start this and that, you will still find peace for your life at this school."
"What do you mean?"
"It's just that your peace is still in the process stage, you haven't fully gotten it yet."
"Oi!" Fujita suddenly patted the table hard and stood up and stared at Randy blankly. "Are you toying with my friend? How much is this school worth? How much are your mouth and brain worth?"
Randy once again saw that look. He was frightened by Fujita's blank stare that was directed at him. Even so, even though he continued to endure shaking in his legs, he had to try to remain calm in this state.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Fujita. I understand that you have money because you have run a money lending company well. I understand that you are a person who cares about other people, even you make the maturity and interest a bit longer than other money lending companies. I also understand that you are a person who dislikes someone who breaks a promise, that's why you gave them a warning by throwing them into the sea as stated in your contract. You are a good man, Mr. Fujita. But forgive me, I will say this once again. I am not making fun of your friend, Raka Pradana."
"Fujitora, you sit down! Let him speak!" Raka ordered, and Fujita instantly regained his composure and sat back down.
"Thank you for your understanding, Mr. Raka, Mr. Fujita."
"Then...?"
"Let me explain this to you guys first."
Randy began to explain about Redoom City, a city of thugs who were greedy for power.
Redoom City is divided into five regions; North, West, South, East, and Center. Wlynina Academy was in the Central region of Redoom City. Because it was in the center of the city, Wlynina Academy became the center of attention of the people of Redoom City, and of course, it made the environment in Wlynina Academy a good marketing target to sell all kinds of items.
There were two rulers in the Center of Redoom City, namely White Horses and Crresold. They are gangsters, thugs who don't care about the rules the government makes. The two gangsters are led by people who have money so they can do whatever they want, even preventing the government from interfering in their affairs. And one thing is for sure, the two gangsters hate each other. Therefore, many victims fell because of their actions.
Kevin is the leader of the White Horses gangsters and an entrepreneur from a sports company. He had quite many members, and it was likely that the average members would be from the students of this Wlynina Academy.
Randy already knew that fact. However, Randy doesn't know the purpose of the gang. Randy didn't know what they were doing either. But, from some news circulating, it is possible that the White Horses gang caused the students to be killed, including the student named Tommy, who died some time ago because he was killed in a hospital.
Even though it was just hearsay, Randy still believed it and thought Kevin was a dangerous man.
Meanwhile, for the Crystal Rebels Soldiers (Crresold) gang, Randy has not yet received information on who is leading the gang. But he knew that the gang was riders who often roamed the downtown area. They operate on motorbikes, and if they meet someone who sells the pills, they will interfere, beat, and maybe they will kill the person, just like what happened with Tommy.
These two gangs are bad things for this city, that's why this city has people and the government dares not interfere with them. Therefore, until now, they continue to wander around and create problems involving other people that make them suffer.
"With you telling that to me and this idiot, what will change? I want to ask about my peaceful life that you said," Raka said after Randy finished telling about this neighborhood in the Central area of Redoom City.
"I told you, didn't I? The peaceful life you want is still in the process."
"So you mean, I won't have a peaceful life if the gangs in this town haven't been wiped out?"
"You're right. I'm so grateful that you wear those glasses. So I'm very happy to see smart people and understand what I mean. And I'm grateful that your glasses managed to make your sharp gaze invisible to me. I'm grateful to the one who made your glasses."
"Oy, Fujitora, this man is crazy," Raka said to Fujita.
"I think so too," Fujita replied, continuing to look at the man's face with an expressionless gaze.
"So how about it, Rama—I mean, Raka Pradana? You want peace for your life, don't you? To get that, you have to exterminate them from this city."
"...Ah, troublesome. I just want to sleep in my room. I don't want to start anything, so stop expecting that I will. After all, I'm a geek."
"If you help me, I'll help you, including telling you where your friend Danny is."
"..."
Raka was silent when Randy finished saying that. It was the thing he had been looking for for the last few days. It was his wish to find out about Danny's whereabouts. That's what silenced him.
"How?" Randy asked, prompting Raka to agree.
After Randy said that with a hopeful face, and after Raka thought hard, Raka stubbed out his cigarette in the ashtray and stood up.
"I'll think about it later. The rain has stopped, so let's go home now, Fujitora! I'm late for dinner. Besides, I'm a geek, so I have to live up to this standard of living."
Fujita stood up, following Raka who was walking towards the exit. After that, he stood right beside Raka before the exit opened.
"Do geeks smoke?" Fujita asked, leaving Raka speechless as he held the door.
"Oh... You're right. That means... I'm a smoking geek."
"Yeah, because you're young."
Before they left this room, Randy shouted and warned Raka.
"Remember this, Raka! You have started all this because you have Clara Anisa. If you want to stop what you have started, you must stay away from Clara Anisa from now on! I warn you, do that and don't be late!"
Tch, noisy! I know it.
Raka came out of the room with a calm face and a thinking brain.
After Raka and Fujita left, Randy answered the phone after a few minutes had passed.
"How?"
"I've done that."
"Great. Make sure those two..."
After the conversation with the person on the phone call was over, Randy smirked and put his glasses on the table, and lifted the plastic containing the 10 pills to level with his eyes.
"This will be more and more interesting. What kind of choice will you choose, Rama Pradana?"
