Victoria Lawrence is what you would call far from the status quo. Weird is fine; terrible taste in fashion, or being a literal 'vampire'? Sure, but not ordinary. Constantly brushed aside by the supernatural and mundane world, she skulks from home to join in a raid. She encounters Jason DeVries, a werewolf who at first glance is very stiff, and things begin to go off the rails, but of course, nothing good ever lasts.
