CHAPTER 22(1)

Fiancee's come back -1.

Satsuki was still asleep until now. She looked so cute when she sleeps. I ruffled her hair, and then I quickly grabbed my things to get ready. If she sleeps like that, somewhat, she looked quite angelic. But only when she sleeps, though! She can be really different when she's awake. All that she could think about is BL. That's the only thing that she could brag about it. She's really different from other girls, and I guess that's what makes her unique. I put on my clothes and I quickly went out to her apartment.

Once I arrived, many girls were giggling, and they were somehow whispering something as soon as they saw me. What was that about? I frowned at them and I quickly went inside the office. Many people were looking at me, and it's making me uncomfortable. I don't have time for this. What's the big fuss? I really don't know what's going on here. And it's making me irritated. I quickly hurried inside the office and the girl got closer to me, and she suddenly hugged me, “Hubby!”

This woman might be the fiancée that my father has been talking about. Now, why is that woman even here? And looks like she has a lot of time to even visit in here. Isn't she taking care of her company? I didn't even agree to this marriage, so she shouldn't be really here as if our company is a tourist spot or something. She's not even allowed in here. This isn't funny.

“What the hell!” I groaned at her and I quickly push her away from me. I know her. She's Margaux Eunice Chua.

She's one of the richest woman in China. I must say she's a young entrepreneur. She owns malls, furniture, and restaurants. And those were expensive brands knowing that she's the one who's managing them, so it's not astounding. Despite that she's in college, she's already part of their business, so it's quite wonderful. She's taking business course in our university. I heard that she's taking BS in Entrepreneurship, and she's in 3rd year. And right after she graduated, she'll be taking over their company as the Executive Director. I won't listen to my dad. I'll never become his tool.

I looked at my guards and pointed at Margaux, and I quickly ordered them, “Take her out.” I said seriously. They didn't ask anything else, and they have quickly thrown Margaux out of the company. My orders were absolute, they knew that I'm the only one that they should be obeying. I quickly went inside the office and sat on the chair and sighed deeply. No matter what dad says, I won't fall in love with the other woman. There's only one woman that I want. I already confessed to her and clear things out that the deal got nothing with this anymore because I'll be serious from now on after I find out whom she really was. That she's the girl that I was looking for a long time.

After a few minutes, I heard someone knock the door. And then I saw Robert. This is giving me too many troubles. Looks like Dad really wanted to make my life a living hell. Well, then I'll show him that I'm not someone that he can just order around. And I won't listen to him. Knowing that person, I already knew that he made a move. I waved my hand and as soon as Robert noticed me he quickly hurried to get close to me.

“Many gossips were spreading around about you and Margaux. Is that true?” He asked.

“Yes, unfortunately, dad got something to do with it. And I don’t want to be with her. She’s too clingy.” I hissed.

“Why? She looks so fine to me~” He grinned at me and he teased me. I glared at him and I slammed the table in front of him but Robert was just smiling in front of me. Curse this man.

“Are you trying to piss me off?” I asked him and he just chuckled at me. He’s not funny.

“I don’t care what kind of woman is she. If you guys were interested in her then go ahead. I’m already done with games. I’m not the same man as before. She’s the only girl that I would fall in love with.” I said seriously and Robert just gave me a grin, “This is a new level from you both—”

“Go ahead and continue that and you’re dead!” I shouted

“You know what, I don’t get you guys. You guys flirt a lot but you can’t even take your relationship to a new level. Oh come on, bro you’re both 20s and you’re not getting any younger. You’re not in high school who was simply experiencing new things. So, tell me. What’s the real score between the two of you?” Robert asked and I glared at him. When it comes to gossip, you should expect that he was the only guy who was present about it. He should have shifted into journalism you know. He’s way too talkative. He knows too much. I know that everything between me and her was complicated at first. We started by having a deal before. That we’re simply using each other in having intimacy but it’s not the same as before anymore. We’re not playing around anymore. I’ll be serious this time. And he shouldn’t tease me like this, I’m not in the best moods. Damn him.

After all, I’m used that the girls being the ones who’d approach me. Well, whatever. The main problem that I have now is to get Margaux out of my sight. If only Robert knew that Satsuki isn’t a normal girl. If he only knew that Satsuki was using our appearance for her reference in her BL, for sure he’d be freaked out by it. And I wonder what kind of face will he make if he knew. I can’t wait to see that. Should I try to show him those sketches that I confiscated to Satsuki once? Ah, but on the second thought, I would rather not to. I could imagine her getting mad at me though. I grunted once again when I heard a call. What is it this time? Now, it’s the receptionist. I don’t have any choice but to answer it.

“Yes? What is it?” I asked.

[You’re the accountant, right? That girl is still here. She’s forcing her way here in the company. Ms. Chua doesn’t want to get out there. Please do something about this.]

Is she a monkey or what?

I took a deep sigh and messes my hair and hisses, “Kick her out. Put some sign that we’re not allowing some pets around here or something. Let’s see if she can get inside here. I’m not in the best moods you see. I want that woman out!” I said irritatedly and Robert was just laughing at me.

This isn’t even funny. Whatever dad does something he can never force me to be engaged with that woman. I need to hurry. I’m wasting too much time. I need to focus. I need to find out about the incident 10 years ago instead of wasting my time in Margaux games. So I looked at Robert seriously and then he put his hands together and started discussing with me, “That incident, do you remember who’s the possible person who pointed you back then?”

“It was Cheng. He was a bully to me and Satsuki. It will make more sense if he’d do that because he grudges me. You know that Satsuki is the only friend that I got since childhood so he was trying to make me miserable.” I explained to him.

“To go to that extent..for him to have some courage and pointed you as a target he got some guts. You two were just kids back then, does he even have a heart? That shallow guy. But he was just a kid though, so how is he able to do that?” Robert asked.

I put my hands on my chin and I sighed and it made me think about it.

“Right...Unless there’s another traitor that I still don’t know.” I answered him and I was surprised by the pictures that he showed me. “This guy. Take a look at him. I heard that he got some issues with the Fukumoto family. And that might be the reason why they don’t remain in one place. Satsuki’s life is in danger. As long as her father can avoid his enemies then he will probably do that. As for this suspect, I think he hated Satsuki’s family and he got deep hate towards them to the point that he doesn’t care who will he hurt. Whether it was a kid or what. He’s a dangerous man.”

“Keep looking at those. You can do that, right?” I asked him and he nodded at me quickly and he smiled at me. There’s no one that I can trust other than him. Especially when knowing about the truth about that incident. This case, I’ll be the one who will unravel the truth.
