Chapter 50

"The attack on USJ was orchestrated by a group called League Of Villains. Their's leader's name is Tomura Shigiraki, the man with the dismembered hands all over his body. His quirk is decay. Anything or anyone he touches will turn to dust. Luckily for us, he is mentally unstable and physically he is extremely weak." David said.

"You are right his quirk is really deadly and the fact that he is mentally unstable makes him really unpredictable. He won't think about the repercussions of his actions" Hideki said and the others agreed.

"The problem is Tomura but the one controlling him...his mentor ALL FOR ONE. That's not his name but his quirk's." David said.

"What does that quirk do and why have we never heard of this quirk? Is that person from a different country?" Renji asked.

"Nope he isn't and he is even older than Sensei Hiroshi" David said.

"Brat what is that supposed to mean. I am still young and in my prime." Hiroshi roared while Anko simply giggled.

"Let me get to the core of this story. More than a century ago there were 2 brothers. The elder brother had the quirk All for One and the younger brother had a quirk named One for All. All for One wanted to conquer the world while his younger brother wanted to save it. The power of One for All is that quirk can be transferred from one successor to another. Now for more than a century All for one is trying to conquer the world but every time the successor holding One for All manages to stop him." David narrated the foundation of the story.

"Holy shit...this is way too complicated than I thought. And how many of these successors of One for All have there been until now?" Mira asked.

"Currently the one who has it is the 9th successor"

"Damm that's a lot. By the way, what does this All for One quirk do?" Renji asked.

"That's the reason I don't want you guys to investigate him. His quirk lets him steal other's quirks and even grant quirks which he has." David said and he could hear everyone sucking their breaths in.

"If someone else had told me this, I would have told him to sober up but since it's coming from you so I believe you. So this is the gist of it. Who is the current holder of One for All and how powerful is this One for All quirk?" Anko asked.

"The current holder of One for All is Izuku Midoriya, my classmate who has green hair. And how powerful One for All quirk is? Everybody knows how strong All Might is?" David raised his eyebrows.

"WHATTTTT? All Might was the previous owner of One for All? Even someone like All Might couldn't defeat All for One then how will Hideki stand against him" Renji looked at Hideki who gulped his saliva.

"I saw that green-haired kid in a sports festival. His body can't handle the quirk then why did All Might give it to him?" Akira said.

"Because he is an idiot. All Might was injured a few years ago so he was desperately finding a successor and one day he met Midoriya who was quirkless but wanted to be a hero. And how his body not able to handle, his bones get crushed even when he uses 10% of his quirk." David scoffed.

"In short for more than a century One for All's successors have protected everyone from All for one and kept him at bay. But this time thanks to All Might choosing a weak successor and we are doomed?" Renji asked.

"Yea...pretty much. But as long as we don't arrest or kill Tomura we won't have any problems. And All for One likes to remain lowkey so don't even think about it when you are around others. And If I see matter going out of hand I'll heal All Might to his prime condition." David said.

"This is hard to digest but what David is saying is right so now the topic of League of Villains is over. For small scuffles, we will follow the normal procedure. Hideki, Mira is that clear?" Anko said in a firm tone which even made Hiroshi shudder. Hideki and Mira nodded without hesitating.

"David what about Ingenium? Don't you think he would be a good addition to my team if you heal him?" Hideki asked.

"He will be for sure and I have no problem healing him. I just want him to live like a cripple for a month or two. When we give him our offer I want him to be truly desperate." David said and everyone just hummed.

"That's a bit cruel but he will be more loyal and dedicated with your method." Mira said.

"Very well I don't think anyone else has a problem with this. Now let's celebrate David's victory and forget about these worries for a few hours." Anko said and everyone's mood suddenly changed from being cold and professional to being warm and loving.

'I never thought I would have such people around me. In my previous life, I thought that with my mindset I would never have people with whom I can talk freely but seeing these people around me...Maybe I was wrong.' David gave a bitter smile just thinking this and he noticed that a tear had appeared for the first time in David's eyes.

David wipes the tear with his hands with a smile on his face 'I am a human after all'

Suddenly his phone rings and it's from an unknown number but David recognizes the number. He goes away from the guests and picks up the phone.

"Hello, Sir Nighteye. Did you perhaps call the wrong brother today?" David decided to have a fun with the too-serious Nighteye.

"David, I wanted to invite you for a work experience at the Nighteye agency?" Nighteye's voice was as calm as always but David knew that he had ticked him.

"What can you offer me that other can't?"

"No matter which agency you go they will give you a babysitter to go patrol around with you. I won't do that I will give you cases which I want you to investigate and take action with me."

"Are you perhaps talking about Hero killer: Stain? James was tightly suited up today went he left for the agency."

"Yes you are right...the hero killer: Stain has already killed and crippled many pros. So when can you join us?"

"I'll be there tomorrow after school. Sounds good?"

"Yes...I will see you tomorrow then" Nighteye said and disconnected the call. David turned back and said

"Uncle Akira, Its time"

"Time for what?" Akira asked and even the others had a confused face.

"To add all my other elements except blood to the quirk file" David said and again everyone's expressions became grimm.

"What does he mean by that?" Mira asked and even Hideki was confused by that. Akira told them about David's quirk and after hearing that Hideki and Mira were looking at David as if they were seeing a monster.

"So many elements" Hideki's eyes widened.

"You can even control blood inside a person's body?" Mira asked in a jaw-dropped expression.

David simply smirked and said "How do you think the person who was about to kill you suddenly died of a heart attack?"

Hearing this Mira felt weak in her knees and knelt on the ground and said

"I-It was Y-you. You killed him so far away from a c-car?"

(I know many will think that why is David telling his secret to others so openly. It's because he always believed that he is meant to be alone in life and he can't trust others. But today after seeing Hiroshi and his family he trusts them. And currently, his trump car is the ability to erase quirks that he hasn't told anyone. So I hope you guys like my effort of showing some character development)
