Chapter 51

I can see Doran and his guard getting out of the ship. I raise one of my eyebrows when I see he is waiting for someone. A minute later, I can see a young girl around my age walk out of the ship.

She is a pudgy young girl with brown hair, unlike Doran's black hair, and she has dark eyes.

Coming with her is a woman in her thirties with the same hair but different eyes. I guess she is Doran's wife, and the young girl will be Arianne Martell, my soon-to-be fiance, if she agrees with it.

When all of them arrive in front of me after the screening by our healer, I smile at them and say.

"Welcome to Lunaria, Lord Doran, and Lady…?"

"Mellario, Your Highness."

I smile at her before squatting down on the little girl standing in between the two of them.

"Hello, there. My name is Viserys. Can I have your name, my little lady?"

"A-Ari! A-And I'm not little! I'm nine!"

I chuckle a little and pat her head.

"Me too. I'm also nine."

"Really?! But you are big!"

"Hahahaha. I train every day and eat healthily."

"... C-Can I become beautiful and look like a lady?"

"Hmmm? Of course! You can become a beautiful woman with the right exercise and eat healthily."

"Really?!"

"Yup."

I pat her head once again and look at Doran.

"Let's talk in the palace. The servant is already cooking something. I will take your family around the palace."

"Of course. It will be our pleasure, your highness."

"Call me, Viserys. We are family."

I can already hear Sir Willem and Bakir sighing at my words. I decide to ignore them and get inside the carriage, followed by them. When we all get inside, and the carriage starts moving, I look at Doran and say.

"Can I ask why you are already here? You said that you and Arianne will be here next year instead of now."

I look at Doran and see him sigh before looking at me.

"The situation in Westeros is getting worse. We are lucky you and your people are helping us because the Black Death is already spreading. Sadly, the other kingdom did not have much luck. A day before we go here, we receive a letter from King's Landing."

"Oh? From the king?"

"Nay. From the Hand of the King, Lord Jon Arryn."

"Oh? What does he want?"

"He came to Dorne to buy the cure from us."

I look at him for a few seconds before saying.

"So, what do you want to do? Do you want to sell them?"

"With your permission. If what your healer said is true, the potion is easy to make?"

"Not easy, but the ingredients are easy to obtain. We usually make it in a massive amount so we can use it later."

"Then do you want to sell them to Dorne? I'm only willing to take a few coins from each potion."

"Sure. We will discuss the price for each potion. For now, I want to know the reason why you are coming here. I know you will not come here if only to discuss selling the potion."

"You are correct."

He looks at me right in the eyes before saying.

"The situation in Westeros is too heated up for my taste. I want my wife and my daughter to be placed here for the time being. The rest of my children will also be fostered here if you allow it."

"I will gladly accept them here. I can ask Sir Willem or Sir Jon to take them as their squire. However, can you tell me what is happening in Dorne first?"

"I underestimate how many spies the old line placed in Dorne. He already gets the news about your healer and your cure for the Black Death."

"I see… What did he do?"

Doran sighs a little and says.

"He does what he always does. He sent someone to Dorne."

"To kill you?"

"Not this time, no. He sent a group of kidnappers to kidnap your healer and Arianne."

"What? Is he serious?"

"Yes. Lucky for us, your healer is a formidable fighter and manages to subdue them before they can get away. We manage to get the information and know the reason why the old lion sent them to Dorne."

"Why?"

"He wants to take your healer and torture them, so they are willing to work for him. He wants my daughter to be used as a bargaining chip. If they cannot get the healer for him, he wants me to give all the cure for him in exchange for my daughter."

Hmmm, I don't know if what he said is true or not. I need to ask Bakir to investigate this matter. He is telling the truth by the look of it, but I need to make sure of it.

"I see. So you decide to take Arianne and Lady Mellario here because of the plague and because of all the assassins coming to Dorne."

"Aye. That's right."

I nod my head and then say.

"Then, as the King of Lunaria Kingdom, I accept them gladly. They will be treated as a family member."

"Thank you, Your Majesty."

"Call me, Viserys."

I hear Doran and his wife chuckling at my last word.

|3rd POV|

Melisandre can see the future, and it is beautiful. She can see Azor Ahai fighting against the Others. She can see him flying on top of a massive dragon with a black scale. The scale is so black that it eats the light.

He can see two other dragons flying next to him, and two young women on top of the other dragon. The three of them use different kinds of magic. The young woman on the left can summon many beasts, and the young woman on the right can control all elements.

She can see it. The battle between the Prince that was promised and the Others. It was a battle that shook the world. But, with the magic return earlier than what her lord intended, the Others have more magic and can control the Ice.

Each of the undead can conjure a massive ice storm and create a massive block of ice. Melisandre sees that the two women are the first to fight with their magic. An army of beasts and a hail of elements attacked the White King.

The Prince that was promised joined the fight then and used his purple magic to attack the White King. Finally, the White King is defeated with the three of them fighting together, and the Prince will fulfill the prophecy.

While looking at the flame, Melisandre asks her lord about the question she has in mind. First, she asks him why he is not angry at his plan being thwarted. Her lord then answers her by showing another vision.

The first vision being shown to her is the Doom of Valyria and how it slowly corrupts the world. If not taken care of immediately, the world will die, and all the living beings will die alongside the world.

The only thing that can heal the world is the new age of magic.

He and his fellow gods from the other Patheon hold this world together by sacrificing the soul of humans. However, it was a temporary solution, which is why many Gods and Goddesses made the Azor Ahai prophecy of the world.

It was not only a prophecy to kill the Others but also to fix the world.

Her lord also showed her who he was in the past. R'hllor's name has been tainted lately. He is now called the Red Demon, the Fire Devil, and even the Red Eater. However, in the past, his titles have meaning.

R'hllor is the god who gives fire to humans. That is what got him the title of the Lord of Light. His second title is the Giver of Life for his fire to spawn life into the world. His last title is the Lord of Fire and Shadow because there must be a shadow if there is a light.

Because of this, he wants his followers to stop sacrificing humans in his name as the magic slowly heals the world. He misses his past titles.

The vision R'hllor gives to her is a mission. He asks her to go to Lunaria not as a Red Priestess but rather as a student. He wants her to ask the Prince that was promised to teach her how to heal his followers in exchange for her eternal loyalty.

Mellisandre bowed her head and obeyed her lord's order without even questioning it, for she knew that her lord would never abandon his loyal follower.
