100 Fatigue
Draco left the shop after confirming that he would come and pick the order up at the end of the following day. Having nothing else to do, he started walking home. He got home and sat at their shoddy table, pulling out his phone and looking up apartment buildings. After 48 minutes he noticed an apartment building that had a down payment of a bit over 2 million. It had 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths and the monthly rent was 72 thousand. Draco clicked into it and sent a message to the owner to see if he could go tour the apartment.
After a few minutes, he got a message saying he could check it out tomorrow. Next on his to-do list was to check in on Brutis. First, he went into his bedroom, noticing that all the bodies were gone and there wasn't blood or anything on the floor, he called for Brutis. A Gate opened near his feet and out jumped Brutis. Draco hadn't seen him the whole time so he hadn't noticed that Brutis looked different than before his evolution.
Draco took a step backward to take a look at the new and improved Brutis. Brutis had grown a foot taller and was now at least a foot wider. His hair was its usual neon red, only now it had scales instead of hair covering parts of its underbelly, arms, and neck. The scales were the same color as the Dragon's coil had been. Its claws and teeth had also grown a couple of inches longer and looked more dangerous. "Jeez, buddy, who knew you would grow even more? And what's up with the scales?"
Brutis looked at him and his tail started swishing back and forth. That's when he noticed that the tip of his tail looked weird. "What's up with your tail?" Brutis rotated so Draco had a clear view of his tail, the whole thing was normal, albeit a little longer looking, however, what was special was the end. The end was completely black and had what looked like a hard material covering the whole end. As Draco watched, a blade came out of the end. Draco was astounded, he had heard of muscle mutts being higher ranks than F, however, it was considered very rare, so he wasn't too similar to what would happen when they rose a rank.
Draco stood up and started inspecting the blade. It was less of a blade and more of a very thick spike. It was almost like the spike was pushed out from within his tale. "Can you retract it at will?" Instantly the spike went back into his tail and the tail turned back to just the hard-looking material. He noticed when the spike retracted his tail healed the hole it came out of. "Now isn't that something?" Draco grabbed the eye for Brutis and looked at his stats.

Description- By being in a Muscle Mutt pack, the members of the pack are able to share their mana. This allows an evolving Muscle Mutt to absorb and use a pack member's mana to allow them to grow stronger.

Due to evolution requirements, targeted pack members will be drained of mana and stamina until evolution is complete.

"Well, that explains why my fatigue skyrocketed to 100 instantly. However I'm confused, I'm not technically in your pack, am I? Also, it says you will resemble me, however you grew scales and a blade at the end of your tail?" There was suddenly biting at his wrist, continuously that wasn't stopping. Thinking they needed to talk he activated Ability Devour. He was instantly assaulted by Thanatos talking directly into his ear. "Shapeshift already, you being in this fake skin is driving me mad."
"What do you mean by fake skin? And I can't, you three said it would be noticeable. If someone were to see me suddenly change I would be screwed. I've already shown multiple abilities, I've only been able to play them off because I was gone for a year, and even then that excuse can only do so much. Does shapeshifting give me any extra effects? Or is it just visible?" "It's not just visible so do it as fast as you can, riding around in this fake skin is making me itchy." Thanatos had calmed down, but he knew he was just barely away from the edge.
"We can't get itchy?" Draco let out a small laugh at Pride's blatant provocation. They started arguing, thankfully their voices dimmed and Sophos started speaking. "Although you made some good points about not wanting to be exposed in your true form, Thanatos has a point. I would suggest shapeshifting before you make any other bigger decisions. Although we don't know exactly what you will get when you finally shift, we know that you get at least something useful."
"I can tell you are being purposely vague, is there a reason for that?" Draco thought he heard a light chuckle from Sophos as he said that. "There is, plus we wouldn't want to ruin the surprise." "Fine, I'm looking into a new house, If I can get it, I'm going to look into getting a couple of Orbs that will protect us. Anything you think I should do until then?" Sophos didn't answer right away. "There are a few things I would suggest." Almost instantly the verbal fighting in the background stopped.
