On the Quidditch pitch, Harry and the other players were hoisted onto the shoulders of the crowd.
They were all carried into the stands. Outside the crowd, Hagrid waved the huge scarlet crown Ivan had prepared especially for him, shouting, "You beat them, Harry, you beat them! Wait till I tell Buckbeak!"
Next to him, Percy, excited, was jumping up and down like a maniac.
Because they were so excited, no one thought about common etiquette.
Unlike Sirius, who secretly wiped away his tears, Professor McGonagall was sobbing harder than anyone else, wiping her eyes with a huge Gryffindor flag.
Dumbledore, who did not appear before the conclusion of the match, was smiling and holding the huge Quidditch Cup in his hand, unbeknownst to anyone as to when and how it arrived on the Quidditch pitch.
Wood sobbed and took the Cup, and after raising it in the air, passed it to Harry.
The Cup was passed between each member of the team and then all the students of Gryffindor House.
Colin held the camera at his side and frantically pressed the shutter. When the Cup came to him, he was so excited that he almost fainted. He asked other people to help him take a picture, but not alone, he asked Ivan to stand with him.
Collin had been telling stories about Ivan, who had become his brother's new idol. This photo was to be sent directly to him as a gift.
After that, Ivan also asked Colin to take some pictures for him and for Harry, Ron and Hermione.
Although he didn't care too much about those things, Colin's words only reminded him that these photos could be used as a gift.
Ever since Ivan caught Peter Pettigrew and his experience of saving Sirius was published by 'The Prophet' Newspaper, he had had many admirers, the vast majority of whom were young wizards like Colin's younger brother who had not yet reached school age.
Many people began to write to him regularly, sending him greeting cards on Christmas Day. However, most of them were caught up in the moment, and the children were the most forgetful. After a few months, Ivan did not respond to any of the letters, and gradually they stopped sending him letters.
The one exception was a ten-year-old girl from France, Gabrielle Delacour, who wrote him two letters a week, whether Ivan wrote back or not. In addition to the three letters written for him, there were also clippings, photos and some small gifts for Ivan. This perseverance made Ivan feel embarrassed.
So when Colin said he would send the picture to his brother as a gift, Ivan thought of Gabrielle.
Although today's game had nothing to do with him, he decided to introduce her to his friends.
The celebration of Gryffindor's victory in the Quidditch Cup lasted a long time. In addition to Professor McGonagall, Sirius and Hagrid, many students from Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff came to the Gryffindor common room to join them.
Ivan saw Cedric and Cho Chang, but did not see Luna.
According to other people, she didn't even go to watch the match, she was looking for some non-existent Wrackspurts in the castle.
Ivan remembered that this morning, Luna also invited him to go with her to look for Wrackspurts, although he wasn't interested, it was a good excuse.
He didn't spend much time at the party. He left the common room pretending to look for Luna. Ivan went straight to the field outside the castle. He had just asked Hagrid, and Buckbeak was chained outside the hut.
Ivan had no intention of going too far. He was going to try it today to see if it was possible to take a ride on Buckbeak and sneak into Acromantula territory.
If it was possible, he needed to develop a detailed plan. At the very least, he needed to mention this to Sirius and ask for his help.
It wasn't long before the end of the semester, and time was already running out. If things went as they did in the books, Voldemort would regain his strength this time next year and come back again. Although the plot had been changed by Ivan, no one could have expected what would happen.
Even without Peter Pettigrew's help, Voldemort was not going to stay in the shadow of the Albanian forest, doing nothing. Professor Trelawney's new predictions were very worrying.
With this in mind, Ivan had to speed up.
As he thought, he hurried to Hagrid's hut.
Buckbeak was tied to a fruit tree behind the pumpkin patch, his huge wings folded on either side of his body.
When Ivan approached, he was enjoying a plate of dead ferrets in front of him, which was his favorite food.
Hearing footsteps, Buckbeak looked up and his fierce orange eyes looked at Ivan.
After spotting the person he was familiar with, he turned his attention back to the food in front of him. He bit, chewed and spit several ferret bones on the ground.
Ivan turned to Buckbeak and untied the rope. Although he had never ridden a Hippogriff before, he knew how to handle it. He had heard Hagrid, Harry and Hermione talk about it countless times.
First, he had to stare into the monster's eyes to gain its trust.
The trick was not to blink or close his eyes often; otherwise, the hippogriff would have doubts and think he wasn't honest.
After gaining the most basic trust, he had to show him respect.
The simplest way is to bow and use Hagrid's words to be polite. If the hippogriff returns the greeting, you can touch it and mount it.
It didn't seem too difficult, especially since Ivan and Buckbeak were already very familiar with each other, making the whole process much simpler.
Ivan stood close to Buckbeak and looked into his terrifying orange eyes.
He stood up, shook his big, pointy, furry head, and looked curiously at Ivan, not knowing what he was going to do.
Ivan bowed slightly and Buckbeak looked up at him. After a few seconds of stiffening, the Hippogriff suddenly bent his scaly front knees and came down to greet him.
With a relaxed mind, Ivan walked over and put his foot on Buckbeak's wing, sat on his back and sat behind his wings.
All around Ivan was covered in long, beautiful brown feathers, which felt very warm and comfortable, as if he was sitting on a soft couch.
Buckbeak stood up and looked puzzled at Ivan.
"Listen, friend!" Ivan patted Buckbeak on the head. "I want to go to Acromantula territory, right in the depths of the Forbidden Forest. There's a big slope with no trees, you know what I mean?"
Buckbeak kept looking at Ivan, and he bowed his head and swallowed a ferret dead. Just when Ivan thought he didn't understand what he meant, without warning, the six-foot wings opened on either side of Ivan, and flew upward.
Ivan only had time to grab the Hippogriff around the neck before it soared upward.
He found that it flew farther and farther away from the ground, and soon soared skyward.
The cold air passed, and Hagrid's hut and the trees grew smaller and smaller under Ivan's feet.
