To replicate Grandpa's favorite painting! (2/2)

2 days has past ever since Lucas started painting. It was tiring but he somehow enjoyed painting, maybe it's because of the skill he created.

He still doesn't know that his grandfather went to his room to find him as he is spending most of his time in the lounge, painting.

Lucas's painting is almost done. He didn't expect to paint this fast! He just started 2 days ago and he is almost finish. He is an amateur at painting before but now he is close to a expert?!

The painting is not complicated or hard to paint.. but for a 7 month old!? Is that even possible? Yes. For Lucas everything is possible with the help of his friend, the almighty system.

"Oh, woah! Young Master Lucas! Did you really replicate the painting!?" Suddenly Victoria who was passing by the lounge caught sight of the Lucas's painting.

"Uh-huh.. What do you think, sister Victoria?" Lucas said while placing his paintbrush on his pallette. He turn to his right to look at Victoria's disbelief expression.

"Young Master..." Victoria barely spoke due to amazement.

"THIS IS AMAZING! YOU'RE A GENIUS!" Victoria exlamed loudly. She stared at Lucas's painting and the old master's favorite painting that is hanging on the wall back and forth.

"I can't even replicate the painting as close as you did, Young Master Lucas! It's still half way done though but it's gorgeous. The old Master will be shock to see this!" Victoria smiled widely as she compliments the flustered Lucas.

All of the sudden a raspy voice in the entrance of the lounge echo around the room, freezing Victoria in an instant.

"I'll be shock to see what?" An old man enter the lounge while using his cane for balance and an old butler stood beside him with his usual subtle smile.

"O-old Master Gray!.." Victoria turned to her right with a shock expression. She regained her calm expression after a few seconds and lowered her head to bow.

"Young Master Lucas, this is your grandfather." Victoria Whispered to Lucas.

Old Master Gray stared at the two people in the lounge. A maid and his illegitimate grandson. Lucas looks exactly as his son, Eric William Gray(Full Name of Lucas's father). Even him, the old Master of the Gray Family who rarely shows emotions is greatly shock.

"You must be Lucas." Old Master Gray said after he hid his shock expression.

"Yes, Grandfather." Lucas bowed politely at the elder infront of him.

"Ho ho ho.. You have great manners, child." Old Master Gray eyes brighten seeing the manners of this seven month old child. Lucas shows more manners towards him than his own son.

The old Master noticed the canvas on the easel stand in front of Lucas. 'This kid.. He's painting something?' Old Master Gray thought.

"Can I see what you painted?" The old Master took a few steps forward with the help of his cane but he stops when his infront of Victoria. She is unknowingly blocking his way.

Victoria notice that the old Master is infront of her so she move the side to make way for the old Master.

The old Master moved forward a few steps again and stopped as he is infront of Lucas. He looks in front of Lucas where the painting is. His eyes slowly widen and his mouth parted in shock. This kid is giving him another shock. He hasn't been more shock than this, even more shock than when he found out about the existence of Lucas.

'Here comes the surprise' Lucas thought.

"This is..." Old Master Gray's words suddenly got stuck in his throat. He truly underestimated this kid!

'Then.. the suspicions' Lucas thought while keeping his neutral expression.

"Did you really paint this?" Old Master Gray questioned as he realized that it would be impossible that Lucas painted this,.. right?

"Yes, Grandpa." Lucas replied and his expression remains the same.

Old Master Gray frowned and look back at the old butler. The old butler knowing what the Old Master want, went to him. The old butler handed the old Master Gray a tablet he is holding. All the security cameras in the Gray Mansion is connected to the tablet.

The old Master Gray took the tablet from the old butler's hands and opened it before asking, "When did you start to paint that, Lucas?"

"2 days ago." Lucas kept his reply short whenever his grandfather asked him anything. Victoria always notices that young master Lucas always keep his replies short to the people he isn't close too or when his uncomfortable around them.

Lucas had that habit in his past life. He doesn't have many friends and he barely talks to anyone outside from his job. He gained this habit because of that.

"I see.." The old Master nodded at Lucas's answer as he swipe his hand around the tablet for a couple of seconds before stopping. He click on a recording around 2 days ago.

In that video Lucas could be seen with Victoria. Lucas is sitting down on the couch while Victoria place the painting brushes on a small table beside the easel stand.

A few minutes later Victoria left the lounge and Lucas went to sit down on the chair infront of the easel stand. He stared at the blank canvas for a few seconds before picking up a brush and started painting.

....

The old Master kept quiet as he watch his grandson paint almost like he has been painting his entire life. He doesn't seem like a beginner. He seems to be almost like an expert!

"Child. Do you want to learn more than just painting?" Old Master Lucas pause the video recording and stared at Lucas with bright eyes.
