KATHLYN DECISION

Driving for more than forty-five minutes, Rosanna gritted her teeth in a rage only to hear Kathlyn wasn't in her office, "This is not my fault, she should have answered her phone."

When she did pick up after several calls, "Look, I am waiting at your office building for you, if only you had answered your phone, I wouldn't be here wasting my time and going through this drama and stress. Now you have to be here, I want to know what you are doing to find Mr Larson?"

Anger boiled as Kathlyn was having her dinner with her family, she wasn't going to let this arrogant woman ruin her meal. 'These clients want us to do their dirty laundry, they also feel we don't have a life, and every time they change their mind we must jump. This madness is not going to happen not this time.'

Ready to give her a suitable answer Kathlyn asked excuse, Getting her parent's nod she also noticed their concerns.

Giving them a reassuring smile she stood up and walked to the veranda. "Miss Kent my people are searching as we speak, and from what they reported ten minutes ago they have not seen him or his vehicle anywhere after he entered his office building."

"From what they said they cannot trach his GPS. Now take my advice and go home and rest, Tomorrow is a new day and he is bound to return home tonight. Also, if you want us to keep tabs on him we will continue in the morning. If not please let us know when your head is cleared up and much calmer after you get some good rest."

"What is wrong with you? I thought your service is twenty-four-seven." Kathlyn could hear her vicious and voluminous conversation as though she didn't know her limits.

Wanting desperately to refute her for her exasperation. Not that she wasn't aware of the ways she threw a tantrum but who cares?

"I will keep my professionalism, and she could keep her childish ways."

Kathlyn took a few deep breaths as she responded calmly, "Yes we are, and why are you displeased now? haven't we pleased you in the past? Now try and relax and give us until the morning and you will get a full report. Your impatient is making things difficult for both parties. Now pull yourself together and put yourself in our position, There are so many roads to cover and this is a huge city, all the surveillance footage my agents look at only leads to his office building. His car hasn't left there since six-thirty, now do you know where he has gone? At least we will have a better idea where to start looking."

Rosanna felt as though her head would explode with the way she was angry. She hit the steering wheel so loud that the horn went off causing her to become more furious.

Observing the passerby looking inside the car, with the glass tinted no one could recognise her. "Those fools, If I have to give her all the information, then what is the use of hiring an investigator?"

Trying to recall what his mom said only to realise they didn't mention a name or an address, "And why did he have to go personally to place the order when he could have just made a phone call? Something is fishy I must find out who this person is."

When was eight-thirty Kathlyn called off her men? When Raden heard what Kathlyn said he responded, "Boss, didn't you say we have to track him down, so why did you change your mind?"6

"Never mind what I said earlier, tomorrow we will follow up on that matter." Kathlyn had just stepped through her door when her phone rang. "Seeing it was Connor, she picked up, "Yes Connor what news do you have for me?"

"Boss I did what you instructed me."

"Were you detected?"

"I don't think so."

"Very good, now you can go and take a good night's rest, and Connor when you come to the office in the morning don't whisper a word about your errand to anyone."

"Okay, Boss."

"Connor one other thing if the higher-up asks anything just say you took some time off and I will verify it."

Becoming confused Connor wanted to know what she was talking about, 'I have never met the higher-ups, all this time I thought she was the Boss but from what she is saying it seems she is just managing the firm. Well, what does it matter she ensures that I get extra when I run these errands?'
