SECRET EXPOSED

The other secretaries glared at Miss John seeing her cocky-ness, Sylvia on the other hand wasn't afraid to reprimand her although she was the Boss's personal secretary.

In a stern voice, Sylvia said, "Miss John kindly return to your desk please, everyone in the office is trying to work and they already comprehend your intention, so if you feel it's a secret, then you are free to believe what you may?"

Lystra was overwhelmed with frustration becoming flabbergasted by Sylvia's words, she pointed her right index finger at Sylvia's face angrily and said loud enough for the others to hear, "What do you mean everyone knows, I have no secret, so why do you all make up lies?"

Sylvia laughed as she turned away and didn't hold back seizing the opportunity to expose her intention. Noticing Lystra's frown and realized 'she was blowing a fuse. I wonder what she must be thinking.'

Ignoring them all Lystra continues to conceal her feelings, 'They must be jealous because I have expensive clothes and who can blame them they are all a set of losers.'

Slanting a glimpse towards the other's secretaries Sylvia thank God the others are just looking on and not medelling. I know they are afraid of Lystra.'

Stepping closer to Lystra, "Lystra, everyone has seen the way you keep looking at Boss or volunteering to go on the job site with him. Also, we have been observing how you dress to impress him. All the signs are right in front of us, so what do you expect us to think?"

"Who cares what you all think, you are just jealous so you want to make strife."

At that moment Sylvia wanted to say that she was afraid that Miss Albert would snatch Boss away from her, but held her peace knowing it might make things difficult for Miss Albert.

When Lystra said, "Why don't you go to your desk and mind your business, and I will attend to mind?"

Returning to her desk, Sylvia knew from Lystra's behaviour and actions that she was jealous when she saw Miss Albert and Boss getting along.

Concealing her thoughts, 'You do all you want for now, but the trump card is kindness and Miss Albert got them all. I used to think beauty and brain were a good asset, but Miss Albert thought me differently.'

Anger boils within Lystra's heart as she, observes how Sylvia seems to be mumbling something.

Wondering what was really going on in the office today, "What the hell is she mumbling now?"

Sylvia ignored her and was about to go into her office when Lystra stopped her, Having no choice Sylvia reprimanded her before a word could come out of her mouth.

"Do you want to be heard or to be sent home? Boss is with his family in the board room, do you want to embarrass him as well? Now I will not make mention of this matter seeing it your first offence, but I warn you to conduct yourself."

Lystra was furious, 'What is she talking about her first warning, and who gave her the right to reprimand me in front of everyone, and make me a laughing stock? I am Boss' personal secretary and these rugrats need to be taught a good lesson, As far as I am concerned, no one has the right to boss me around except Boss himself.'

Just then while Lystra was pondering what had occurred, a notification popped up on her phone, Lystra looked at it. Within seconds, she heard the other's phone pealing around her, indicating that they had also received the same notification.

Fear consumed her heart, it was only then Lystra realised her foolish actions, she always thought that she was the head secretary, and they all had to submit to her.

Sylvia could not help thinking about Jessy, and the way Lystra treats her. What Lystra fails to see is when Jessy is in the office, Boss seems to be very happy although he tries his best to conceal it, but Miss Albert is so kind and considerate of everyone in the office.

Out of the blues, Lystra stood up in a haste and said, "I know exactly what all of you are thinking about me, You feel you know everything, but I will show you and this Miss Albert about being kind."

Stunned, Sylvia glared at her, she wanted to know if she was reading her mind, and also, what she was going to do. All eyes were on her when she walked into the staff room,
