Vincent’s POV
Iarrived earlier. I didn’t see Lily in the living room, maybe she was cooking in the kitchen. I saw Angela playing in the living room with her grandmother.
“Good evening, mom,” I greeted my mother in law as I walked in.
“Daddy!” Angela called me. I picked up Angela and kissed her cheeks, she hugged me in response. “I love you, daddy!”
“I love you more, princess,” I answered.
“Where’s Lily?” I asked.
“She’s in the kitchen,” she said
I nodded. “I’ll just change my clothes,” I said and went upstairs.
After a few minutes, I went down the stairs and found Lily talking to Angela in the living room. She smiled when she saw me. “Hi, bestie! How was work?”
I smiled. “It was a tiring day. There are lots of women that want to be a June bride,” I said and smirked. “It’s the peak season and planning is not easy.”
“You know that most women want to be a June bride,” she said. “Speaking of the wedding, in two months, it's our anniversary.’
