Adrian' POV
“You and your daughter really look alike,” the vendor of the ice cream inside the amusement park where we all met on Sunday commented while looking at me and Angela.
I laughed. “Ah, she’s my niece,” I corrected. “But do we really look alike?”
The vendor misunderstood them, but my heart was happy to hear that I had similarities to Angela even though she was not my real daughter, not even connected by blood. Still, I love this little girl like my own.
After we had lunch, the group continued to enjoy most of the rides. There was a ride that Angela was with Lily and me. The happiness on Angela's face was priceless, but in my heart, it was more than priceless. This experience was the most precious memory I will cherish, being with Angela and Lily is an unexplainable feeling I had in my heart.
“Mommy, can you take our picture?”
