As soon as the thought of hurting Amara came into my mind, I felt myself getting weak. I shook my head to remove all these thoughts and steadied myself. Suddenly I was pulled backward, and a huge hand covered my mouth while another clutched both of my hands in a firm grip. I would have panicked, but as soon as I felt the tingles, I instantly knew he was the alpha king. 


"Don't shout, don't scream, and don't attack," he whispered in my ear and slowly removed both hands.
