1. Hospital

Noah grabbed his coat and walked to the kitchen to get the flower bouquet that he had ordered, ate one sausage before leaving his mansion.
"Where to, sir?" Lucas asked and opened the car's door for Noah
"Let's head to my office first. I'll just grab something then we'll go to my Mom. Also, I told you not to call me sir. We're friends since birth so you can just casually call me Noah when we're not in the office."
"That was sarcasm. You just made me your driver today bro. I should at least call you SIR" he laughs
"I can drive if it's a normal day." Noah looked away.
"Where's your driver though?"
Lucas is my best friend. His mother and my mom are best friends and so are we. He is actually my chief operation officer and I am the CEO of our business. We've been running our business since we were 19 and we're 26 now.
"his daughter made a scene in my house so I told him to take the day off"
Lucas just smirked.
"Will be in the cafeteria. Message me when you're done" Lucas said when they arrived in the building.
Noah nodded and went to his office
He doesn't really want to go and get his Mom but he needs to. His father passed away when he was 5 and it's just the two of them. Except for their relatives who just want money from them.
He sat on his chair and closed his eyes for a few minutes before getting the papers he needed.
Noah called his bodyguards to head first to his mom's and make sure she doesn't run away or whatever strange she would do.
He made his way to the cafeteria and saw Lucas flirting with three girls. He grabbed Lucas' coat and pull him away from the girls.
Lucas wave them goodbye and gave a flying kiss before walking beside Noah looking like a playboy.
The girls scream as they wave Lucas goodbye and shouting "take care Lucas" "I love you"
"didn't know you're quite popular Mr. Tuffin," Noah said
"Well, as you know. I AM HANDSOME" Lucas said and proudly smiling as they reached the car.

The boy in his hospital gown keeps hearing things even if he is alone in the room.
Hurting himself and badly wanted to leave the place.
He started crying. Slamming his head in the wall. And the nurses came running inside his room to stop him.
But the boy was using violence as if he was caged in that is fighting for his freedom.
And when the nurse slipped her hands, the boy got out of his room.
Running, as if someone is chasing him

Noah grabbed the flowers and went inside the Williams Hospital.
"Noah don't you think it's time for you to forgive auntie?" -Lucas
"It's none of your busi-" before Noah can continue his sentence someone bumped into him and fell on the ground.
Noah was about to help him but the guy suddenly covers his head with both hands as if he was protecting himself from him.
The man has light white skin, so thin that he looks like bones with skin, and is covered in bruises and wounds. He has a small face, brown eyes, and his hair is golden brown. He's like a girl trapped in a man's body.
Noah was about to offer his hand for him not to be afraid but the nurses grabbed him as if he was an animal in violence.
The kid started to cry and shout.
"What do you think you're doing?" Noah asked with an authoritative voice.
"Excuse me? We're getting him treated" one nurse said in a rude manner
Noah smirked with irritation by the Nurse's answer.
"Lucas, tell the Head Management we're going to have meeting in 2hrs" Noah whispered to Lucas
"In that way? You're treating a patient in that way?" -Noah
"Are you a relative? Or not? Because I don't think this boy here has a family" said the nurse
"So you treat him that way because he doesn't have a family?"
"Who even are you? Why don't you mind your own business? Hmm? Okay?"
And they grabbed the kid again.
"You're all fired" He calmly said but you can feel how mad he is.
"Guards! Guards! Get this guy out of here" the nurse said pointing to Noah
Noah looked at the guards and say "Bring the kid over here"
The guards do what he said.
The nurses were confused when the guard whisper "he is the CEO" while gently holding the kid who is crying.
"I-I'm sorry sir I thou-"
"Forget it. I don't need your explanation"
He gently put his arm on the guy's shoulder and escort him to a room.
"Should we go now? Your mother is waiting Noah" Lucas said
"If this kid was you, and you have no one. Do you want me to leave you?"
Lucas just zipped his mouth and sign him that he will take Noah's mother home along with the bodyguards.
"You're okay now. I'm sorry for what happened earlier." Noah said smiling lightly at him.
The kid just keeps crying.
"Uhmm you can now rest if you want? I'll leave" before Noah can take a step, the guy holds his wrist and still crying.
"Do you want something? Water? Food?" Upon hearing the food, the guy stop crying out loud but tears kept falling from his eyes.
Noah put out his phone to order online.
"Here. Choose whatever you want." And handed his phone to the guy.
While choosing food. Noah can't help but stare at this guy. Noticed that he has long eyelashes, pale and cracked lips, a pointed nose, small face. It's like if he was well taken care of he would look like a girl without a hint of being a guy. He is small too. 5'4? 5'5? He's like 18 or something
"What's your name?" Noah blurted out.
But the kid seems so busy on his phone.
He looked at what the kid is doing and he's playing games which made Noah laugh a little.
"Here, give me the phone" but when he's about to get his phone, tears started to fall in the kid's eyes again.
"No don't cry. I'll just order some food then you can have it again." Noah panicked.
He orders foods from Mcdo, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, and Chowking since he didn't know what the kid likes.
Noah gave his phone back to the kid and went to the reception and ask for the kid's name.
It's Sam Lee, 18 y/o. He was admitted last month by this so-called Karen Coleen? Karen Coleen? If they're going to put fake names don't make it too obvious. Tsk.
"Bring some nurse in his room. I put him in room 203. I ordered some food for him to make sure he eats well. Also, give him a nurse that has a good manner. Not just any self-proclaimed nurse here"
I make my way to the office and saw all the doctors waiting.
"I fired some nurses. I don't know which department they are in but I'm sure they'll complain about it. Bring them back but don't let them handle a patient. Make them clean or whatever. They mistreated a patient today just because he doesn't have a family. Which can also mean he can't pay his bills which is clearly the reason why they did that."
"Excuse me? Not because you are the CEO you can do whatever you without our permission" -Mrs. Cruz
"The nurses just abuse a patient, Mrs. Cruz."
"So are you just going to do whatever you want? Ha!? Kid's these days don't have manners. Even if you're the CEO you should still respect your elders" - Mrs. Cruz
Noah raised his right eyebrow.
"Respect is not earned by your age. It's earned on how you treat others. And based on your action Mrs. Cruz, look like you tolerate those kinds of acts, therefore you don't deserve my respect"
Mrs. Cruz walked out of embarrassment.
"Tell her to submit her resignation to my secretary. I don't tolerate people who don't have manners. This is a hospital. This means people are being treated here and I don't want any of my employees to abuse a patient in any way. Hospital is the place where they should feel safe and being tended to, not being discriminated against or being hurt due to abusive workers"
"We will make sure to meet your standards Mr. Williams" -Mr. Harris
"Pardon? It's not MY standard. IT IS THE STANDARD."
All the head departments are not looking in his way.
"You guys choose the medical field. Treating people. Which means you have the responsibility to make them feel at ease. And be kind to patients because without them you guys are nothing. I'll look into everyone's resume and have a meeting next week."
After the meeting, I immediately went to Sam's room only to find out that he's out of control. He's throwing everything that he grabs.
"What happened?" I asked
"We're just making him eat sir. When we took his phone away he suddenly got aggressive"
Noah enters the room and made the nurses leave.
"It's okay. It's me. It's Noah. Remember? Earlier, you -- " before he can even finish his sentence Sam went under the bed.
"Hey, it's okay." Noah sat down to face him.
Sam is looking at the phone that is broken beside him.
"Come here" when Noah was about to hold Sam, he suddenly covers his head as he did earlier when Noah tries to help him when they bumped.
Is he maltreated? He's clearly traumatized.
Noah saw the foods on the table untouched. He gets the Spaghetti and showed it to Sam.
"Hey, it's okay. Here look. Let's eat, hmm? Forget the phone. I can just buy another one. Here" gently saying to Sam.
Noah fixed the bed and guided him to sit. He also arranges the table and prepares the food.
After a few hours, Noah went home and asked Lucas to find information about the kid. He doesn't normally do this to people but there's something in Sam that makes him want to be close to him. Well, he just hopes that he is not his long-lost brother or something.
