Bad News Chapter

"Shut up."

While Helena did her best to make Luke sit down, I already sat down at my seat and started eating. Luke finally snaps out of his daydreaming and enjoys his first meal in this house. Well, the fact that he's smiling shows how lovely the curry tastes.

"Sir. Someone is outside. They say you promise to meet them today."

I checked my phone and it seemed like Sabrina had been messaging me. Hah, sorry. Huh, so she asked for my address from James…I bet that guy was thinking something is going on between us.

"Let her in and escort her here. Someone, prepare a plate for her."

The maid quickly starts to work while Luke looks around in amaze. What? Does he really not expect my richness to be this kind of level? Wow, no wonder people doesn't stick up to my a*s that much.

But it should be obvious with how high my father's rank is and my mother's job…

I think the creator hates the villain so much. I guess. Sabrina walks inside and sits down. A sighs escape her mouth as she sounds so tired. Is it that exhausting to walk here? Well, good for me I have stamina.

"Damn, the author abandoned us for 2 days."

"What?"

"Nothing. By the way, why is he here?" She's pointing at Luke who is asking for more rice.

"He dragged me to hang out with him just now. I managed to bring him here."

Sabrina starts to eat since she was busy looking for me at school that she didn't have time to eat lunch. That's on me, alright. She didn't care if Luke is here because if we talk about character and author thingy, the world will freeze again.

"This is a fanfiction world."

And there you go. Luke and my maid aren't moving.

"I know- Wait, what?" No, wait. That is bad news.

"You thought this is the world of that comic 'My A Boyfriend'? Nah. This is a fanfiction written by that one fan. Before you ask how I know, you should know how I act in the comic world, aren't you? Real human."

I try to recall but really, this comic is not that interesting for me to remember how the character acted. But I do remember the bio stated that she's a bit special.

"All I can remember, you're the female lead's best friend." I explained it in the nicest way possible. "Oh, the female lead is what you call her. You see, my character is a bit special. In the comic, I am kind of the character that the creator uses to break the fourth walls. So, I am a character that knows a lot and supposedly can diss the author." It's complicated but I can process it.

"I guess, even in fanfiction, you're that kind of character."

"Yes. And this fanfiction is called, My A List. A…harem BL fanfiction."

I knew the word 'fanfiction' is dangerous. The fact I got reincarnated into the world of fanfiction and not the real one is such bad luck. Now I have to see these guys fighting for their love.

"Damn. No wonder this guy makes fruity jokes that easily despite being in a country that forbids that relationship. This world turns into a BL world. So, can you explain the story as short as you can?"

"For now, the story hasn't started yet. This story started when 'Sean', the author's original character, entered our school. There's some cliche story happening between him and a few other guys in our school and the ending was…obviously, all of them sharing him…

It's a typical BL story ain't it? The cliche things that might happen is probably something you can expect from a love story. Accidental kiss, locked somewhere together, common interest and more that I can't bring myself to list.

It's illegal but my past life friend surely knows how to sneak that information inside my head.

"Who's the love interest?"

"It's Franz."

"Damn."

"I know…Also, James, Luke, another character you haven't met named Kale, and some guy named Oliver. Since I never encounter the last guy in both the comic and fanfiction world, I don't know him that well. Oh, also, you, Sean's new brother, is also his love interest."

"And the villain is Rianne…and me."

Wait, I don't care about that. Did she just say I am a love interest as well? AND BROTHER?????? Fml why is it always me? I thought I did something by not disturbing Rianne and avoiding being a villain but now I have to avoid being the love interest as well???

Sabrina knows what is troubling me and laughs loudly. That is the cue to make the world work again. Since Luke didn't hear anything, the sudden laughter coming from Sabrina makes him scared. For no reason.

"I am going back now. See you guys tomorrow. And, good luck. Your father is going to surprise you soon."

"It's Sean, right?" She nodded.
