"We're going to have a cultural festival." Aizawa sensei said in the homeroom.
"GAPPOOI!!! (School event)" Most of the students in class1-A exclaimed.
"Cultural festival!!" Mineta exclaimed.
"Finally there is a very schooly event!!" Sero exclaimed.
"Let's decide what our class will do!" exclaimed Hagakure.
"Sensei! Is it okay for us to relax like this at a time like this?"
"Kirishima, you've changed huh." Kaminari said.
"But, that's how it is, isn't it? Right now the criminals are on the loose!" Kirishima said.
"You're right. That's a reasonable opinion. However, at UA, there are not only heroes department. If the sports festival is the stage for the hero department, the cultural festival is the stage for another department. Such as supporting department, general department, and business department. This event is not as big as a sports festival, but for them it is an event that is highly anticipated. Besides that, because of the hero department, the school also requires a dormitory system, so there are a few students who feel stressed." Aizawa said.
"If that's the case, there's no reason to cancel it, huh." Kirishima said.
"That's why we can't easily refuse this event. This year is not like the previous years. Apart from those concerned, the cultural festival is only limited to our school. Although this time we are not the center of attention, but each class is required to participate. And that's what you have to decide today." Said Aizawa who immediately fell asleep in his sleeping bag.
Then when most of the students thought Haku was going to come forward to start their meeting, everyone was shocked when they saw Iida coming forward with Momo. "From here on out, I am the head of class 1-A, Iida Tenya, will take over the class!" Iida exclaimed.
"Iida became class president? What does this mean? Isn't Yuki the class president?" asked Jiro.
"I resigned from the post and gave it to Iida. I've also got permission from Aizawa-sensei, so it's not a problem. Sorry I didn't tell you guys sooner." Haku said.
"But why did you back off?" asked Midoriya.
"I believe that Iida can be a better class president than me. And I spend less time with you guys than Iida because after school I usually go to do Hero work. He can understand you better than me. I hope you can support it well. Please start the meeting, class president." Haku said with a smile.
"Okay! I will try my best to make this class meeting run smoothly! Alright, first please submit your suggestions! Those with suggestions, please raise your hand!" Iida exclaimed.
Immediately, most of the disciples raised their hands excitedly. Their very high enthusiasm made Haku relieved because he had resigned from his position as class president.
'I feel like throwing my responsibility onto Iida and Momo. I'm sorry.' Haku thought.
"ME! ME! ME! Me!!" Exclaimed most of the students in class 1-A with great enthusiasm.
"What a quick change in their attitude! I will accept all your ideas!" said Iida who was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of his friends.
"Okay, Kaminari!" Iida said allowing Kaminari to give his suggestion.
"Just make a maid cafe! This is more or less what I envisioned! If more details, like this! And when mixed with my passion, this is what it looks like! So let's just make a maid cafe!" Kaminari said.
Because the meeting was so chaotic, they couldn't decide until homeroom was over. That's why they continued their meeting at night. But Haku and the other interns did not attend the meeting. Haku was about to go somewhere while the other interns were taking extra lessons to make up for the time they wasted doing apprenticeships.
Haku uses Hiraishin no jutsu to get to the house. "I'm home." Haku said.
"Welcome home, Haku-sama." Masami said. Haku then immediately hugged Masami because they had not seen each other for a long time.
"Sorry that I haven't visited recently." Haku said.
"It's Okay. I'm sure you must be busy with school and your Hero's work." Masami said softly. Haku smiled and felt grateful to have an understanding wife like Masami.
"Where are the others?" asked Haku.
"Zabuza-sama is in his study. Sasaki and Hanami are at the hospital accompanying Eri-chan there." Masami said.
"How is Eri doing?" asked Haku.
"Her condition is stable. Her horns have shrunk and she currently doesn't have the strength to activate her powers, so she's safe for now." Masami said but her face said otherwise.
"What is it?" asked Haku.
"During the time we accompanied her, Eri-chan never smiled once. We were worried about her." Masami said. Haku was silent with Masami's words.
Then Haku felt the current Eri remind him of himself before meeting Zabuza again after he became a shinobi. He was very difficult to smile and had even forgotten how to smile.
"Chisaki must still be haunting her. Such fear won't go away even if we save it from Chisaki's hands. Eri needed time to be able to smile again. We can only help her recover and make good memories that will cover her fears." Haku said.
"I understand." Masami said.
"Then, I'll say hello to uncle first." Haku said.
"I will prepare tea for you." Masami said then went to the kitchen while Haku went to Zabuza's study.
Haku knocked on the door of Zabuza's study and Zabuza's voice was heard from behind the door inviting him to enter. "Oji-san, I'm home." Haku said happily.
Zabuza was a little surprised when he saw Haku enter, he thought it was Masami who knocked on the door and was about to tell him that dinner was ready. "Haku? Why are you here? What happened?" asked Zabuza.
"I just wanted to stop by uncle. I feel like I haven't been here in a long time. I'd like to see Eri at the same time. And continue our plan." Haku said.
"Oh, I see. I was so busy with the police that I didn't have much time to think about Kirigakure. League of Villain really hides well. It seemed they wanted to gather their comrades after they lost All For One. It was only yesterday that the police arrested Kurogiri despite the difficulty." Zabuza said.
"Uncle caught Kurogiri? That's great. Now they no longer have anyone who can take them wherever and whenever they want. But how can he be seen? Isn't it with his quirk that he can easily move without being seen?" asked Haku.
"I don't know what that means either, but Kurogiri went to ask for the help of a monster raised by All For One. His name is Gigantomachia, he is truly a walking disaster. I can barely fight him because he's so strong and I had to take off the policemen who were on the mission yesterday." Zabuza said.
"Then, we should prepare to fight the Gigantomachia. I'll put my kunai in a place far from the settlements so I can immediately move it there if I have to fight in a place where there are a lot of people." Haku said.
"Also make a scroll for his kuchiyose-turning move and give it to me and Kisame and the others. Send a message right away if you manage to get him to that place." Zabuza said.
"Okay, uncle."
"Alright, let's just end this serious conversation. Let's have dinner and go see Eri." Zabuza said as he stood up from his work chair.
"Okay." Haku said then left the room together with Zabuza and went straight to the dining table.
After dinner, the three went to the hospital to visit Eri who was still under surveillance. When Haku opened the door, he could see Sasaki and Hanami sitting beside the gloomy Eri.
When Hanami, Sasaki, and Eri saw Haku they were very happy even though Eri couldn't express it well. "Haku-sama! You come!!" Sasaki exclaimed while hugging Haku.
"Haha, it looks like you guys are doing well. Sorry I haven't visited you all this time." Haku said.
"It's Okay. You must be busy with your school and work." Hanami said.
'I really should be grateful to have them as my love. I hope I can live with all of them until I'm old and die peacefully.' Haku thought when he saw the reaction of his three wives who were happy to meet him and full of understanding.
"Thank you for your understanding. I will try to visit you as often as possible from now on." Haku said then turned to Eri who had been looking at him with hopeful eyes even though his face was still not well expressed, but Haku could feel that Eri was happy to meet Haku again.
"Long time no see, Eri. How are you?" asked Haku who then sat on the chair opposite Eri who was sitting on her bed.
"Ah..um… I'm good. Hanami, Masami, and Sasaki always accompany me at all times. They are very good to me. But, I feel I have let them all down. Because I can't repay their kindness. I don't know how to smile. They want me to smile, but I can't." Eri said glumly while bowing.
Haku was silent for a moment when he heard Eri's words, but then he smiled gently like a kind older brother. "It's okay if you can't smile right now Eri. You've lived a tough life for kids in general. So, we understand why you can't smile yet. No problem. We are not disappointed with you. No need to worry. One day you will surely be able to smile and laugh again like other children. No need to think about complicated things. Live happily. That's enough for us." Haku said while holding Eri's small hand.
Eri was silent for a moment to digest Haku's words. Although she didn't fully understand it, but Eri knew that Haku and the others weren't disappointed in her and just wanted her to live happily. But then Eri was gloomy again.
"But, I am carrying a curse. My power can destroy other people. I have an evil quirk. I can't live happily with this power." Eri said.
"Eri, look at me." Haku said. Eri then looked at Haku's purple eyes.
"There is no such thing as an evil quirk. There are only bad people. Eri, you're not a bad person. You're just being used by bad guys who want your quirk. It's not all your fault, but the bad guy's fault. You can live happily if you can control that power of yours." Haku said.
"But, I don't know how." Eri said.
"No problem. Sooner or later, someone will guide you to control your quirk. Train your quirk so you can use it for good." Haku said.
"Can I do it?" said Eri still in doubt.
"You can do it Eri." Haku said. However, it seemed that Eri was still having doubts, so Haku told her a little.
"You know Eri. I am the same as you." Haku said which made Eri look into his eyes again.
"Same with you? What does it mean?" asked the curious Eri.
"When I was your age, I was also used by bad people to do evil for them. I used to be tortured by them if I disobeyed their orders and was treated badly. But now you can see me right? I can smile like this and I can help you too. It will take time, but someday if you keep working hard, you'll be able to smile and laugh again, and maybe you'll also be able to save someone's life with your quirk. So you have to believe that you can do all of this and get better. I and the others will support you." Haku said.
Eri was silent again, but now in her eyes there was hope and a desire to live a better life.
"Okay. I will try hard." Eri said.
Haku smiled hearing that, "I'm really looking forward to your first smile, Eri." Haku said.
After visiting Eri, Haku said goodbye and left the hospital. He then used hiraishin no jutsu to go to Kirigakure. He had made an appointment with Mangetsu who brought their two new recruits to meet in Kirigakure.
When Haku reached one of the shrines, he saw Mangetsu and two strangers behind him. One was a man in his 30s with slicked back hair with slight bangs on his forehead, a light gray mustache and beard wearing Victorian-era clothes. And the other was a little girl with red hair in two pigtails and wearing clothes that matched the man.
"This is our first time meeting huh. I'm Yuki Haku. Nice to meet you, Gentle Criminal and La Brava." Haku said kindly and gently.
