Bad Incident

Arzlan had to admit that even though his opponent was a beast, he had a never-give-up attitude.

The Goblin Champion made an attack, Arzlan followed his movement which was to come forward with his sword ready to swing.

Things!

They passed each other, slowly one of their bodies fell. A death slash hit the body that broke the sword in hand, it was the last slash received by the Goblin Champion until he finally fell down, blood continued to pour from his body.

Arzlan looked back. "Humph…."

There was silence for a moment, piles of corpses of goblins lay everywhere. Their bodies are already like dry leaves that are meaningless.

The next purpose is a very ancient looking building.

Alisha approached Arzlan and said, "Are we going to continue?"

"Yes, but are you all right?"

Alisha gave a sweet smile. "Don't worry, I'm fine! I can still keep going!"

"Okay, but you still be careful. We won't know what awaits in there!"

"Yeah!"

They entered the building.

The dark hallways were scary enough to walk through, along the way the walls they passed had odd carvings. Arzlan could conclude that the building was probably the site of an ancient civilization.

They keep going until they come to a fork in the road, to the left or right they have to make a choice. Arzlan looked at every path, the tip was invisible which added to him that he had to be careful, he didn't want to get lost and have to repeat the same path again.

"It's possible that this building has a labyrinth that we can get lost in!"

"Meaning?"

"We won't be able to get out and be trapped inside forever!"

Alisha's eyes bulged in shock, her head began to compose what would happen if it really happened.

Arzlan is not afraid of that. "Alisha, you better go back! I don't want you to be trapped in this building forever!"

"What do you mean Master!" Alisha's eyebrows narrowed. "I came here determined, if we go together then we must come back together!"

Arzlan looked at her seriously, deep in his heart Arzlan didn't want to involve Alisha at all. Bad scenarios will await both of them, and it can lead to death.

Arzlan took a deep breath. "Okay, you can still come with me, but remember that something bad is going to happen, so you have to be prepared for that!"

Alisha nodded seriously.

After several glances between the left and the right path, Arzlan finally decided to go the right path, he felt that on the right road there would be many dangers waiting. Many dangers can be a sign that there is the right way.

There was nothing there, they had thought that they might find a trap or some other monster. This proved that all the goblins they faced were residents of that building.

They found a strange room, the room was quite spacious with several objects such as torches and scattered skull bones.

One thing that surprised them was a giant rock made to resemble a bed. On it was a skull that lay weakly, when approached it appeared a gold necklace and gold ring on that skull's body.

"Usually if there's something like this then the one he wears contains a curse or a magic item that can control the minds of living beings!" mumbled Arzlan.

The skull looks like the body of a woman complete with a long white dress, you can imagine how long the skull has been there.

"Master Arzlan!"

Arzlan turned to Alisha. "What's wrong?"

That girl was pointing at the wall, when he looked it was quite surprising. A strange symbol was clearly engraved, the symbol of a goat's head engraved with fresh blood.

"Uh… what is this? Why are the goblins doing all this? Are they doing something?"

Then they checked the left path, in the previous room they had not taken anything. The jewelry was certainly tantalizing enough, but it had too much of something suspicious in it.

On the branch to the left they were led to a more gruesome room, one there that would literally make other people vomit and disgust.

The women were stripped naked in a pathetic state, their bodies covered in red and purple bruises. Some of them sat with empty eyes, some were tied to the wall with their hands.

4 women have experienced horrific events, the smell of fishy and foul mixed together. Alisha had several nauseas, she tried to hold it in.

Arzlan came forward to check the condition of the room. "Is this fact not only humans or other intelligent beings can do this kind of heinous act, even monsters who know only to commit brutality can do it!"

Arzlan was very shaken, he wished he could reorganize life in that world once again so that there was no such thing as torture anymore

Arzlan started bringing the three women, one of them had died with a face that really suffered at the end of life.

All the women caught were elves, they were around 18 years old it can be known from their faces. However, Arzlan realized that the lifespan of an elf could be very long, 18 years is probably 30 to 50 years. Age is very far from normal humans who can only live between 60 to 100 years.

With the little cloth they found became a tool to cover their cold bodies.

The three women didn't respond, when they were saved by Arzlan, they didn't care what would happen. The light of life had completely disappeared from their faces.

"I could never have imagined how terrible what happened to them!" Alisha wanted to cry seeing the faces of the young girls who had lost hope

"Hooh… it turns out that there were humans did to find these goblins, you guys have also released the hostage I was holding!"

Arzlan felt it, a strong aura filled with evil from the man's body.

"Who the hell are you?"

"Introducing, my name is Lactaruz, I am one of the aides of the Demon King Nova!"

"Demon King! I see, it's fitting that everything that's happened seems quite strange."

"You don't seem like a normal person, are you one of the four heroes summoned by the kingdom?"

"Heh… I'm a nobody, I'm a being who came from the darkness to finish off a creature like you!"

"That's so interesting, I love the horrific look you give off, I really want to gouge those eyes out!"

They looked at each other with bodies ready to launch an attack.
