Chapter 2

Eliot POV

I'm just getting out of my car and entering my house when my father calls me to his office. I look at my best friend with a look of confusion and he just shrugs. I go to his office and knock on the door when he answers I go in "Yes father is something the matter?" I ask, he just gestures me to sit so I do that. He crosses his arms and looks at me seriously and I know that this is about the pack. "We are going to receive a new pack member tomorrow and I want you to be here to receive him with me" he notifies me and I am confused why he want me here I know I will be the next Alpha but I don't think that is necessary.

I look at him "Why do you need me here for that?" I ask he just sigh and stand up and move to the window "He is a boy your age and the son of a friend of mine, he was not here when he was born for circumstances that I don't know but I meet his mother today and inform her that he needs to come here and integrate to the pack" he tells me and I'm in shock.

Okay this is weird so is a boy and the father was from our pack but he was not in our territory when he was born. But why is he forced to join? "Father why you are forcing him to join and not invite him to come here and see his father pack?" I question, he sighs again "Because his mother leave this place without us noticing she was not part of the pack still at that time but my friend convince me to let her integrate but when he goes to tell her the news she was gone" he replied.

She leaves but why? "Did you ever find out why she leave?" I question and when he was going to answer the door opened and I see my father's Beta with a serious look "Alpha we have captured a rogue in our borders he is being moved to the cells" he informs. MY dad just looks at him "Any others with him?" he asks and Rick shakes his head "No he was alone but give a good fight" he replied.

My father leaves the office and goes to the cells and I follow with Rick behind us. When we get to the cell what I see surprised me in the cell was Carlos chained to the wall "Carlos?!!" I yell making him look at me and my dad do the same "You know this rogue son?" my dad question looking at both of us, I can see Carlos looking at me and my dad "Yes he is a transfer student in my school, but I didn't smell anything in him that says he was a wolf" I reply looking at Carlos.

My dad looks at him "Hmm must have been using something to mask his scent then but a potent one for an Alpha can detect it" he said looking at me then he look at Carlos and go near the cell "So why you were in our territory alone boy, were you scouting for your group?" he questions with a dangerous tone. Carlos looks at him "I'm not a spy or anything, I didn't know I was in your territory am new to the city like Eliot said I just transfer to his school." he answered looking at my dad to the eyes without any fear. My dad was not surprised by his response all rogue say the same to deceive you but my dad knows that tricks.

"Good try boy but I will not be deceived by you so easily, you better begin telling us who send you and where are the rest of your group" my dad demand but is receive a growl coming from Carlos "Look, old man, I don't come from any group and will never want to be in one I was just running in the forest and pass your borders without knowing because like I say before I just come to this city yesterday, now if you don't want to belive me I don't care because is the truth," he said back. I can see that my dad doesn't believe him but for some reason, I do something inside that tells me to trust him. "Dad I think he is telling the truth he doesn't give me the vibes of a rogue that attack packs like the others do he looks more like a wolf that was never in a pack" I try to reason with my dad and right now I don't even know why I'm doing it.

My dad look at me and shake his head "Don't let him deceive you son all wolf comes from a pack and rogue are wolves that were expelled from their pack or leave on their own accord" he replies. I was going to answer back but Carlos beat me to it laughing "I don't have a pack and never have, and it will stay like that. I will not enter any pack even if they force me to it using my mother." he replies and that makes us look at him "Wait your mother is not Claudia by any means?" my dad question him, he looks at my dad with wide eyes "How you know my mom? Wait are you then Alpha Leon?" he question and I can see fear and anger in his eyes. My dad is surprised by his question "Yes am Alpha Leon and I know her because your father is my friend" he responds to what Carlos growls again and begins to trash around the cell trying to break the restraints.

"FROM ALL THE PACKS I HAVE TO BE CAPTURED BY HIS? GOD DAMN IT!!! LET ME GO I DONT WANT TO BE HERE NOR ENTER THIS PACK AT ALL SO YOU CAN FORGET THE DEAL YOU FORCE MY MOTHER TO MAKE, THAT FORCE ME TO COME HERE TOMORROW, IS NOT HAPPENING!!!" he yells I can see his eyes change to deep green and continue trashing around more macking my dad to call security to secure him I can see them fire a tranquilizer to him and he falling unconscious. What my dad is going to do now with Carlos?
