Jade

" Here in China the most reputable jade producing area is Heitan in Xinjiang province. A typical Heitan jade is so hard that it can cut through glass let alone plastic or rubber. It is often found in huge pieces is very costly.

Another one is the Lantian jade which is found in the Lantian county, north of Xi'an in Shaanxi province. Due to it's rigidity, it is excellent for carving into various priceless artworks and jewelries by our ancestors. It's hue is uneven in colours of yellow or light green.

Now to classify Jadeite based on quality,it is grouped into Type A,B and C." He said and Miss Fin sat up much more attentively.

Type A, which is the most natural form of Jade is rare to find and very expensive. The imperial green Jade of Burma also known as the King's green– as Miss Fin stated– is a type A quality jade. It is very much transparent, though green in colour, that you can see the glow under the light and no form of impurities as you only need to carefully polish and wax it without destroying it's natural form."

The teacher started to write a bit on the board for them to grab some points.

" Type B jade is another one that I can say has been under chemical treatment. It has been bleached with acid and impregnated with a polymer resin to make it qualitative. Most women wear this type of Jade though because it's not as costly as type A. Any jade can be type B if it has undergone chemical treatment.

Type C jade isn't that expensive as it refers to the one that has undergone chemical treatment, bleaching and dyeing process. So you see these days people take their jade to professional appraisers and gemologists."

The teacher further proceeded to telling them about the history behind Jade and it's significance in power and influence back in the accient days

The school bell rang signalling the end of class for the first period which interrupted the teacher. He sighed lightly.

" Okay so little I've said today but we'll catch up tomorrow everyone." He concluded.

He was disappointed to see almost everyone dozing off because of his long discussion about Jade.

Bai Chen sat there straight, assimilating everything said. At a time though he would be jotting down some things he said and explained.

After two more classes, they went out the class to get some rest and eat.

Bai Chen entered the toilet and and down on the covered lid of the seat. He pulled out a laptop and swiftly started to type series of codes and encryptions. In his mouth was a strawberry flavoured chewing gum.

He was trying to locate the car which splashed him water on his way to school as he could determine that the car was heading towards his school; a student's sports car.

At Moonstone high school, second generation and noble family kids have the right to drive to school on their own provided that they are responsible. So it was not a surprise for him to conclude this.

" Bingo..." He softly murmured as he successfully hacked into the school's surveillance cameras and filtered through into the parking lot of the school. He remembered that the car's plate number was XXX 8888A.

He finally found the car. Exactly how he remembered it to be. He quickly shut down the cameras at the parking lot and proceeded to head towards the place by using the classrooms and hallway surveillance blind spots.

He arrived in front of the car and disabled it's alarms and he whistled, checking out the car like a money loving gnat. What a really beautiful black car it is.

The tires where flattened, the mirrors and headlights gone, it received quite a lot of dents and scratches and was later spray painted with graffiti designs. The car looked appalling.

Bai Chen was a really vengeful and petty person and this car has to pay for it's owner's irresponsibility twice. First time,he was dirtied by this car. Second time,he was on his way home when this same car splashed water on him again and the driver didn't even bother to take responsibility.

Oh well that's the owner's liability and consequences.

After doing the deed. He left the scene.

Oh the days keep getting better and better than he imagined it to be.

The first term examination results were up and Bai Chen didn't need to go to the hallway to check his score as he was always the highest pointer. No doubt that he was the most envied.
