They Deserved Clean Slates

Izzy knew plenty of name meanings because of all of her character naming research over the years and remembered this one. It was a shortened form of two different names so it could mean either "honor" or "light." Those were both pretty solid.

"What do you think about Nora for a girl?" she asked.

Julian's eyes widened fractionally for a second before he smiled. "Nora is a nice name. Less old-fashioned than most on this list too."

"That's what I was thinking. I guess it's settled then. This baby will either be named Edison or Nora."
