Sophie and Alex

In the inner-realm there 50 districts in the inner-realm and there is altogether 50HQ in these districts. In The district where Alex lives is known as Marie-field. Sophie and Alex, the newly chosen candidates to represent their HQ in the magic conquest have to work together for three months to qualify for the conquest. From those 50 HQ only 16 members will be promoted. And the first round for that tournament has already begun.

Sophie and Alex are staring at each other with a passion in their eyes. It's as if they are going to kill eachother. Sophie, "I know this is rude of me to invite you to a fight before even greeting but this has to be done."

"Is this really necessary? "Says Alex as he sighs." Sophie, "You'll find out when the match ends. NOW, GET READY!" Alex *Why is she so hyped up already? What!?* Sophie hits Alex with a vicious blow.

Sophie, "ICE VORTEX!" as soon as Alex gets up a thick layer of ice covers him and freezes him from the inside. It soon makes Alex pass out.

Sophie, "I knew this would end this fast. Now, DIVINE CUT!" Yuzaki takes her blade out and slashes the body of Alex which was covered in ice. Alex turns blue and faints down. Sophie, "I'm disappointed in you. But guess can't blame you for not being stronger than me. Farewell Alex!"

Sophie leaves Alex and starts walking but as she turns around she suddenly feels very hot. She is shocked and scared, she starts sweating and as is on her knees, she starts hallucinating. As she was about to give up, she comes back to her senses but as soon as that she sees Alex with his sword in his hand. She gets shocked and looks at the ice layer she made on Alex which was still there.

Sophie, "What!?"

"I might not be strong as you? That was what you said to me earlier, wasn't it? Then tell me why couldn't you see all my traps? What was it, eh?" A number of magic circles surround Sophie as Alex speaks.

Sophie, "When did he make them?" * Calm down and think this through, it is just an illusion that he made. Just get through him.*

Sophie gets up "FREEZE!" the floor turns into ice and Sophie runs around Alex trying to make him confuse and trick him. It seemed as if it was going to work and she was about to land a direct blow on Alex when he suddenly tricks her and appears from the back and shocks her. He tries to punch her but she defends it. They both try to hit eachother but fail. In the end, even though both of them gave their best the match ended in a draw.

Sophie, "It's been 4 hours since we've been fighting, want to fight on?" Alex,"Nah, not really."

Sophie, "You mean you give up?" Alex,"Nope, I mean it won't take much to defeat you now."

Sophie, "As if you are going to defeat me. FREEZE!"

"Take rest, you are not well." Says Alex as he holds Sophie who was about to faint. Sophie, "What just happened?"

Alex, "As soon as you said Freeze, you were about to faint so I rushed here and helped you." Alex carries Sophie.

Sophie, "Wait, put me down! Where are you taking me? What happened to my attack?" Alex, "I destroyed your attack and don't worry I'm taking you to a doctor." Sophie, "How?" Alex, "As soon as you said you mean give up, I knew what you were going to do so I casted my spell a lot faster than you?"

Sophie, "You trapped me in your illusion, didn't you? It was a trap, wasn't it?" Alex, "It might have been. I wasn't paying my full attention. You looked pale so I was worried for you. We could have done this someday later."

Sophie, "It was important for me to know if my partner is strong or not? If he isn't I need to take extra care of him. If my partner was weak and if we went on a mission that was hard and if something happened to him I couldn't forgive me. But it seems that you are as strong as me."

Alex, "That was heartwarming. Thank you for worrying about me and I promise that I won't be a burden on you. (Alex smiles) We've arrived. I will go and get some supplies so wait for me over here and please make yourself feel at home." Alex takes off.

Sophie, "What?" She sees at the nameplate and realizes that its Alex's house. Sophie, "WHAAAATT?"

Liza, "Hello, how may I help you?"

Sophie, "Hi, I'm Sophie Rose. I was not feeling well so Alex brought me here."

Liza, "You mean you're Alex's friend."

Sophie, "I don't think we're friends." Alex, "Yeah, we are partners." Sophie, "When did you arrive?" Alex, "Sophie this is this is Liza my friend and Liza this is Sophie."

Liza, "Sophie, please come in." Sophie, "Thanks for having me."

Sophie goes inside and as she is being treated by Liza she is just wondering what had happened? She was looking all around the house and she liked the way Alex's house looked.

Alex, "Are you feeling any better now?"

Sophie, "Yeah, a lot better." Alex, "I just wanted to talk with you if it's fine with you."

Sophie, "Yeah its fine."

"What made you join the corps? I mean you are so focused so I wanted to ask you." Says Alex as he sits down.

Sophie, "It's a promise I made to someone."

Alex, "What kind of promise?"

Sophie ,"Umn.. It's a promise that I made to someone special." Alex, "Ohh!"

Sophie, "Why did you ask though?" Alex, "Nothing. I was just wondering."

A moment later, both Alex and Sophie are lost in their own thoughts. Sophie *Moment of awkwardness, what should I take with him?*

Alex, "I tried committing suicide once."

"Say, what!?" says Sophie in shock. Alex,"Just wanted to let you know, I wanted to kill myself at one point but I couldn't do it because I was a coward."

Sophie, "But why?" Alex, "I was coward, that's the reason. But if I had killed myself I wouldn't get a chance to see you." Sophie blushes.

Sophie, "But trying to kill yourself is not a good thing. Do you not care about your mom and dad?"

Alex, "Nope, I don't."

Sophie, "What!, why?"

Alex, "Nah, I don't need to worry about them, they are stronger than me." The conversation ends with Sophie wondering about Alex and his past. Yuzaki *I wonder how he was as a kid?*

Alex, "I was naughty when I was a child." Sophie, "How….how did you know what I was thinking about?"

"It's a dirty secret of mine, partner." Alex whispers this to Sophie. Sophie ,"Dirty secret!?"

Alex, "You still haven't figured about my magic, yet have you? Don't worry you will find it out soon, just be patient and whenever you feel down just say to me. After all we're partners."

Sophie sees Alex as a prince who is smiling front of her and waiting for her to go on an adventure of the world where they will find a lot of challenges but at the same time they will have a lot of fun and make a lot of memories.

Shorty-story 3: When Mother-chicken traveled the world and found no one alike her she decided to make her own kind with the magic she had learnt from her journey around the realms. Thus, chickens were made. But she wasn't perfect at wizardry so she made a mistake.
