Chapter 8: He didn't touch me:

Hui Qing's perspective:

" Jia Jia wakes up, hurry up or you won't make it. Jia!" Hui Yun whispered. My head was still spinning as I began collecting my thoughts on my behaviour yesterday night. ' Omg did I kiss him? He didn't touch me. Am I not good enough for him? What? Why? If he didn't like me why not reject me instead of making me feel all giddy and everything? Qi Yan, you owe me an explanation!'. " I'm up, I'm up whispered Hui Yun as she continued shooking my bedsheet. " Why are we whispering?" I asked. She pointed to my study and Qi Yan was sitting on my chair and lying his head on my table deep in sleep. 'so he didn't leave, good enough of him'. I smiled sweetly at him as mei rolled her eyes, grabbing my blanket I draped it onto his shoulders brushing his hair out of the way. " So handsome," I muttered ' I suddenly had a brilliant idea, I don't even have a single photo of him. Grabbing my phone I turned the flashlight off and took maybe 10 pics or so. Hui Yun glared at me " What?" I asked, "I deleted the bad ones later, though is there even a bad one?". " Jia are you sick?" she asked. I grabbed a cushion from my bed and threw it to her, she caught it quietly and threw it back in my direction, missing my head if I hadn't dodged. We would have started a pillow fight if mother hadn't walked into my room as I prepared to throw two pillows at Hui Yun. "How old are you two still acting like kids," she asked. " Ma*(1) in your heart we would always be your babies," retorted Hui Yun whilst hugging her. "You were always a smooth talker since young mei," I answered. We all walked quietly out of my room closing the door quietly as I heard mei utter to ma " Jia is sick from love,". " Fu Hui Yun just you wait until you fall in love," I rebuked whilst running down the stairs after her.

That reminded me Hui Yun did fall in love in the future, she fell in love with a married man as well, her professors. Since young Hui Yun always wanted to be a child surgeon, shortly she would save a young child from a car accident leading to her wanting to be a child phycologist. I asked her once why she like working with children so much and she replied "Humans have a very fragile mental mind, let's not say about children. Plus kids are so cute, Ba*(2) ba always says that he doesn't mind what we do in the future as long as it isn't something illegal or will hurt people. Compared to other wealthy families who fight for the legal successor's place everyone would be forced to take the path their parents want them to, since I have free will why not use it to do something good? Although ge doesn't mind studying business study and medicine*(3) it isn't something he likes doing, I think he's most happy when teaching students in his high school years*(4) so why not do something that benefits the future generation? After all, they will be the hope for this world...". That was the first time I heard Hui Yun talk something so true and in detail, she sounded so mature that I was surprised after all in my eyes she was still the mischievous young girl who like playing pranks on her older siblings and never listening to commands, at that moment I finally realized how much she had grown up.

But it also led to the beginning of her nightmare, her love wasn't side but when the professor's wife found out about Hui Yun she was named a mistress losing her reputation and love ( that professor cut tie with her, he said that he would choose his wife and 8-year-old daughter out of her) in the end she committed suicide killing her self in a car accident. Mei-mei last time both of us fell in love with the wrong man, since I'm back then I would never let you die. This time I will find a good lover for you.

Qi Yan's perspective:

I was wide awake from the moment Hui Yun stepped in. Since young, I had this training to heighten my 5 senses so I was ready to attack if it was someone who harboured unkind intentions. But it was her sister so I left them be. I almost gave it away that I wasn't asleep when she reached for her blanket and placed it on me, where was she going this early? She called me handsome!!!!!! my heart flipped many somersaults as I tried hard not to scream, she thinks I'm handsome!!!

What is she doing now? I feel the shadow of a phone lie in front of me taking pictures from my side, front and back profiles. Is she taking photos of me? yes, she is I was more convinced when I heard their conversation, my photo has a space in her phone. That ain't fair even though I don't have a picture of her on my phone.

She has a good relationship with her family not like ours. For their heir place father, elder uncle, second uncle and third uncle all fought hard for it leaving grandfather devastated therefore that's why he named his 5-year-old grandson dragging me into the game I never wanted. Grandfather insisted that he would teach his heir himself so I grew up with him instead of being surrounded by my parents and siblings, the only time I would see them was when it was either the new year or mid-autumn festival*(5). If only my family were like that how joyful would it be?

3, Fu families companies are vast around China for producing new medical drugs and producing good doctors. ( All friction (not real) ). Back then one of the Fu family's competitors Wang Family decided to steal one of their newly produced drugs and alter it letting them be blamed for incorrectly made drugs, leading them to lose a lot of money as nobody would buy their products anymore. Although the Fu family's business circles around medicine it still sold a lot of good to skin make-up products that were also proved by a tester they were harmful to skin ( obviously being framed). Fu's family were new bankrupt when the Qi family helped them in terms of the marriage contract in a week Wang's Family's business was wiped out, the truth was found and no one ever heard of them again. This proves how strong the Qi family's power was, not to be underestimated.
