Chapter 90

  Vincent pov

I've hated the stench of a hospital since I was young, so waking up in a hospital is not exactly a pleasant feeling. I try to rub my eyes, but someone quickly grabs my hand and hushes me. It's not Enya; no sparks fly at the touch. I wonder if she's around here, waiting for me to wake up. Speaking of which- how long I was out? It must be at least a couple of hours, but I feel more rested than ever.

The last thing I remember is Enya's frantic face as she tried to find the keys to those damn chains, then I fell on top of her, and everything went black. She went there; she saved me.

"I'll get Alpha Aros here," someone whispers and leaves the room, but I still feel a presence near me.
