Chapter 133 Consumed 2

  Carina's POV -

I glanced at the stone with my hands on my hips. "How much did you sell this off?"

  "It was priced to $60,000,"

"Trust me, this isn't worth it."

  "So, what's worth it?"

"An auction. Selling it off to the highest bidder who will bid a $140 million for it."

Maxwell chuckled. "That's a big dream, and I also love dreaming big." His nostrils flared when he asked, "How would you described this stonework?"

  "Alive. Vibrant. Flowing."

"How would you describe it to someone who know nothing about art and isn't present here?"

Amy shrugged her shoulders. "It is a block of stone,"

"What's the point of mentioning the shape and medium?"

"Are you a knucklehead? Isn't it a slab of stone,"

"I am aware of that. However, why mention the shape rather than the size? Why didn't you mention how smooth and rough the stone is?"

Because I was completely oblivious to them! I was unconcerned with the texture or the size. It's a solid piece of rock.
