Xavier.
“Thanks.” I nodded at the same men who had brought me to their Alpha as they escorted me to my car parked outside of their forest.
“I’ll look into what your Alpha said. I promise,” I assured and smiled, nodding at me. I got into my car and inserted my keys, igniting the engine. The engine came to life and I pulled the gear, driving away. I touched my pocket to feel the antidote I kept there and I nodded as my fingers touched it.
I pulled the gear again, driving at the highest speed the car could go. I was scared. It was not yet 48 hrs, but it was just an estimation and I feared something bad could have happened to Valerie.
I didn’t want to dare think about that dreadful word.
My car zoomed through the road as I manevoveed my way through the cars on the road. I soon passed by the territory of the Blue Moon Pack.
