　　“Doctor Kealan, how? How can we stop these Rippers?” I asked.

　　“If I can send a satellite signal, they’ll all leave wherever they are and come back to this facility,” he said and then I glared at him inquiringly.

　　How was that a solution. They were just going to slaughter all of us here?

　　“I can then release a gas that’ll shut their nervous system,” he said and I sighed in relief until he looked up to face me and said one more word.

　　“Permanently.”

　　I looked at the others and they were also probably thinking what I was. That was so many people and they’ll all die for some something they didn’t ask for.

　　“Dr. Kealan, is there no way to cure these Rippers?” I asked hopefully, but he crushed it by shaking his head.
