James clenched his first as he looked at the evidence before him, he runs his hand on his hair, as he watched the video of how the drug was mixed with the drink given to Octavia best friend the day he died, but he was somehow confused, seeing how the evil doer covered her face.

"Did the person plans to kill him at the beginning?" He grumbled as he stood up, he picked the wine in the table and gulped at once.

He has thought Tes mistakenly drugged him without knowing it will led to his death, but watching the video before him makes him assumed Tes did it intentionally, she confessed for killing him.
