If I ever ask you a question what is the most hateful situation as your day start?

I tried to bury myself in the bed cover everything just to ignore the alarm that keeps on beeping as if it was Holter monitor.

Just when everything is right the door suddenly knock by someone like they are trying to tear down the door. I want to cry in a river.

"Alexis! Alexis!"

Kicking my blanket in annoyance and bury my head in the pillow. "Arghhhh!!!"

After venting my frustration I acted like a normal good girl and open the door with a bright smile.

"Yes, mom!"

"Fix yourself already you would be late in your first class." She said with concern. Mom is mom always worry in everything. School isn't important if you lack sleep.

"I know I'll go after washing."

I tried not to groan in pain. I only slept for only 2 hours as if I only blink and deym it's already 7 in the morning.

"Alright." She said and I wait first before closing the door.

Entering the bathroom and looking at the mirror. My eye bugs won't be fixed today as they suffer for 1 month abuse of lack of sleep.

"You poor little fellas, wait for the ice later." massaging it as if it will fix the swelling.

As the 2nd child and only daughter of the family is quite complicated in many sense. I have two elder brothers, one is already working and the other is in the college finishing its degree while me in the middle school. Still in the process of fixing oneself.

Wearing my complete uniform looks suffocating as it was prim an proper. Hate it. Arranging my bangs and hair, letting it flow normally and did not put any clips. I'm already done with girly stuffs. Boosting yourself in front of your crush is tiring! If they don't look at me what's the point! I'm done chasing for it. It doesn't bring money, but hate and frustration.

"Alexis! Why are you so slow? My work start at 8 and I have to drive you two!" My elder brother nags.

"It's not like the work building would shut down if you are late." I said and my brother is ready to punch me in the head but father click his tongue and the table become harmonious again.

"So hateful!"

My elder brother is quite responsible in everything. Discipline as both his siblings and everything his my ideal man less the nagging side.

"Brother Zexus, do you know that Realia is Patrick sister?" I asked my second brother and he only nodded as he read his medical book.

"She's quite cute and has a crush on you. She told me to give you the love letter, but I forgot where did I put it." Biting my lips as I try to remember where did I put it. My brain cells are already dead.

"No need to find it. If someone gives you again throw it and reject them. I have a girl already." He said and I only nodded as he said. My second brother pursue medicine as it was his dream. While me, I don't know where my dad and mom's lack as I have no plans for myself, but I didn't blame them after all they gave me more love that it gives me diabetes. I'm the problem here and doesn't understand what future plan is as it was confusing.

"Alexis stop looking at air. I won't be seen." Distracted and look at mom as she push the bread in my mouth.

"She didn't get enough sleep again! This hateful!" My elder brother, Rhys.

"Just focus on your work I will beat your sister later." Father said and I didn't take it to the heart as it was said for a million times.

"What did you sleep late again?" mother asked me and I only bite on the food.

What I did last night will get you mad later on...

As were done eating, we left it to mother. It's quite hard to be a woman doing all the chores.

"Mom, when I grow old don't touch those things, ok?" Mom only laugh and give me a hug.

"Then you should work harder like your brothers." She said and I only nodded.

"Just don't tire yourself." She added and I kissed her before I left running as my brother start cursing me. It's quite natural, maybe? My brother sometimes sweet sometime not.

As they send me first, Rhys keeps on nagging me that if I ever sleep late again they will leave me. This time I will compile with him as my eye feels tight and sore. This is bad.

"Take care!" I only shouted as the car left. Pouting and smile looking at the school where everyone hates to go.

"Alexandra Mauris Avis!"

As I heard my full name I stiffen as the adrenaline rush through my system.

"You! Little girl who vandalize my car!!!" He shouted and I only laughed at it. An eye for an eye. Giving me failing grades just because I didn't compile with your instruction that's quite bad. Mom will have a heart attack if she saw my grades.

Hiding in the bathroom and look at my senior, some of them laugh and some of them shake their heads.

"You are really an Avis." The senior said and I only give her a big smile.

"Did you see Avis?!" I heard the teacher asked and wait before the voice disappear. Checking outside and got out confidently walking straight at school.

"Alexis!"

My sister shouted and clang unto me. "Do you know Frederick is already taken?" My heart broke into pieces. "Yeah, they officially post it in SF media. Here, take a look." And give me the phone.

The way he shyly smiles while holding Madison in his arms is quite a shock. My lips twitch as I zoom it into glass reflection. It was Desiree, who took the picture and look at my right side who gave a great news first.

She looks scared as I crack my neck. "You and that woman are soul sister."

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk." Our classmate only reaction as they already expect it.

"No need as it was proven." loosen my tie and grab Desiree's hair.

"You deserve it! Frederick isn't yours!" She shouted and grab also my hair.

Some of our classmates shouted I don't know if it was cheering or stopping us but I don't care.

"Now you know how to fight back!" grabbing so many hair and pull it harder.
