Arena

Ivan

Roger flies, and Whinny pins him to the ground with a growl. It was over. She'd won.

It seemed that the pack didn't slack off while I was gone. That was good since, in the past, they had, and it showed.

I think they'd pushed themselves so they could impress Nefera when I brought her home.

Our training arena wasn't far from The packhouse. But, as the city grew, we'd made it a point to move with it. The heart of my territory is as far from the local humans as possible. That meant we had the privacy to do what we needed.

I need to give Nefera a better territory tour in the following weeks. That way, she could see what was ours and what wasn't.
