  I shifted the fuzzy robe in my hands. It was a dark red velvet that would look stunning on her. "Here," I offered. To be honest, I had been shocked to find Jack in the chair. But from the crooked grin on his lips, the bastard had gotten his satisfaction. I just hope he'd taken care of her as well.

  "Thank you." Erina slipped her arms into the too big sleeves and I wrapped the belt around her. "This doesn't feel very honey moony."

  "That's because you're getting a little break. I was far too rough the last time we were together. I wanted to remedy that." I offered her my arm. "I'm not going to hurt you again, Kitten." She took it and I smiled at her. There was no hatred remaining in her, had she truly forgiven me? She'd forgiven Jack at some point, so it would make sense that I was forgiven too.

  "It feels weird, you two acting like this." She shook her head. "But thank you." I patted her hand.
