“You shouldn’t be concerned with that. Hell, you shouldn’t even be here…”
“I am not going to leave after all this stuff has happened!” she demanded, “First, what happened the day before yesterday… what was that? Why would you do something like that- and… today? This all is too much to just let go!”
He sighed. “You aren’t safe here. And I have to go now.”
“Go? Are you crazy? You have to be here! You just had an operation! God, you are so dumb.”
He sighed again. “You don’t get it, R–”
“Then make me get it! That’s what I am saying!”
“Okay, calm down.”
She sighed. “Yeah.”
“Okay, see. These guys, they are really dangerous. They left me alive, it means they only wanted to give me a warning. I need to go and meet them.”
“What?” she didn’t yell, rather whispered in a confused manner. “I mean- is this the way you call someone when you want them to meet up with you?”
