Chapter 40

　　I saw one of them raised his long sharp claw and fixed his gaze to my thumping heart,

　　"Stan wants you dead and not tortured!" I heard him say and tears fell off my eyes.

　　With speed, he made to dig it in making me shut my eyes but then, I felt nothing...

　　Was I dead already?

　　Slowly, I opened my eyes only to see another wolf with a brown fur fight with the three others...

　　I arched my brow wondering who it was or why he or she was saving me, I can tell I'm still in the rogue's den where everyone hated me, so who is this?

　　The fight was fiery and bloody as my savour wasn't relenting for a second, it was like someone ready to give out everything to save me...

　　After some minute, the three wolves were lying on the floor motionless as their heart got ripped off by the strange wolf who came in at that moment.

　　I could only stare in amazement at her strength but then, I was still curious to know who this was...
