  Three coughs, and they are all alerted, the Captain proceeds as if an interruption took a lot of their time. He gulped, that made them tensed.

  “I don’t want to see your hesitations. If I have ordered you to do something, don’t give me any response of disagreement. Are we clear?”

  They agreed, though inside, they wanted to know why he had to say that.

  “How do you feel?” He turned to the newly conditioned ones.

  Eve observed everyone: some are obviously in doubts, some are calm, and the others are looking bothered.

  “How about you, Eve?”

  “I am okay, Captain!”

  “Make sure. If not, we will assign someone else to replace you.”

  “I am really okay, Sir!”

  It took a minute-long of eye contact to convinced them. She heaved a sigh secretly as he nodded his head.

  “Okay then, nothing is new. It’s still the same plan we’ll be executing—”
