Chapter 48

　　“ Oh Thank you... I must have slept off ” she said looking outside the window and it was a clear sky above, the rain had stopped falling.

　　She brought out some cash from her bag and handed it to the cab man the money due to him and an additional tip for the stress of waking her up.

　　“ Thank you madam. ” 

　　The Indian driver said with the wiggle of his head....

　　Dr Ellen got down from the cab and went straight to the car dealership shop....

　　Several hours later...

　　Night had fallen on the earth but Lucian mansion was beaming with lights.

　　Adams stood beside Lucian who sat down on his king-like chair inside his personal quarters, a tobacco pipe on one hand and a glass of whiskey on the other.

　　“ What is your thoughts on the event that happened earlier on, I mean what I did to my friend Rodriguez and those fucking bastards? ” 

　　Lucian asked, after puffing out some smokes.
