Chapter 96

　　While Clara and Adams were still kissing Eric Damian came out of the building, he gave out a cough to get their attention.

　　They pulled out of the kiss.

　　“ Your mum is awake, she calls for you, ” Damian said.

　　Clara smiled and hurriedly ran inside to meet her mum while Damian walked to meet Adams.

　　Both of them stared at each other eyes having secret thoughts about the other.

　　“ Thank you for saving Clara and her mum, I don't know what I wouldn't have done if anything had happened to them, ” Adams said.

　　“ You should keep your apologies to yourself, ” Damian said in a not too friendly tune, then grabbed hold of Adams's arm.

　　“ Tell me why were the wolves after them?  ” he asked and he demanded answers.

　　“ Why are you so concerned about them? Who are they to you? ” Adams questioned back.

　　“ I'm doing the questions here so I suggest you stick to giving me the answers I need unless you won't like what I will do to you, boy. ” Damian said threateningly.
