That's Just Like You

"Mama, who dis?" Wesley asked as he peeked up at Jenna while trapped between the two hugging women.

She beamed at him as her eyes sparkled with tears of joy. "This is Aunt Alison, baby. She's Uncle Colton's wife."

Colton made his way over then and joined in on the group hug. "Hey, Jenna Benna! It's been a while since I've seen you with bangs. Fourth grade maybe?"

Jenna pulled a face. She had dyed her hair back to blonde but there was nothing she could do about the style just yet. That would take time. "Shut up, Colton, it was part of my disguise. I'm growing these out as soon as I get the chance."

He grinned at her and rubbed the top of her head affectionately. "I figured as much. Hi, Wesley! It's very nice to meet you."

The little boy looked at him a bit shyly as he clung to his mother. "Hi, Unca Co-tin."
