How dare this fool insult me, even if he didn't say my name, anyone in their right senses would know he was talking about me. I wouldn't tolerate shit from anyone, I am no longer the weak Smoke Iris, I have changed for the better.
"Bitch, did you just fucking slap me? You'll regret this, I promise" Ken seethed in anger.
"I'll regret nothing" I proudly replied.
"Okay guys, that's enough, why can't we just practice and get it done and over with? Do you have to let your emotions take over you?" Min angrily scolded, I simply apologized to them sincerely because I knew I was wrong.
Ken also apologized grumpily before throwing a glare at me.
I couldn't care less.
I was told to go into the main room where our voices were to be modified in case there were any errors. Furthermore, I eagerly got up and went into the main studio.
Felicity POV:
Sometimes Iris looks like she was happy, but I know she was far from been happy. She's got cruel mates in which only one is sensible among them all.
Back to the present, she eagerly walked into the main studio's room, she put on the headset, closed her eyes and allowed her emotions take over. The Iris I know doesn't sing so bluntly, she sings according to her emotions, and I love her more for it.
Her boyish voice and the present song created a lively atmosphere in the studio. Have always told myself that rapping suits Iris more,, but I can now say it suits her the best.
I kept bobbling my head upward and downward to the music she was singing, it consisted mainly of the truth. The part that touched me the most about black people was" This man just praised a statue of General Lee, because he generally hates the black people, degrade Hispanics".
I hate partiality, everyone is equal, so why hate black people.
Iris was done and Kookie added some lyrics to the main vocalist part.
We were all done, and we left the building to attend to the matters regarding the pack.
Iris and I happen to be in the same pack with my father and the alpha and my mum, the Luna, I am the first child of my parent which meant I'd be the next pack leader but since I have a small wolf and I can't really combat, I'll have to pass that role to my brother if by then I haven't found my mate.
Iris parent died in a car accident, she was also involved in it, but she just had minor injuries.
Her uncle took her in, we all thought he would take care of her and cherish her as his own, but we were proven wrong the moment we got to know he had been maltreating her.
The Iris I know had passed through numerous bad things after loosing her parents. She was maltreated and was almost diagnosed as a mentally deranged person because she kept chanting "it was my fault, I killed my parents".
After everything my parents took her in, although she was cold to me at first, but she gradually loosened, and we became best of friends that was how I got to know that she could see visions, she said she saw her parents in a vision where they had an accident, she was agitated and tried to stop them telling them they'd die if they left, but they didn't take her words to heart mainly because she was a three-year-old kid.
We shared our moments together until one day she said she saw a vision, and it shook her to the core.
