"This isn't what I want to do..." I muttered.
Obsidia heard and smiled, as my ambition seemed unclear. However, she was mistaken.
My fist connected to the base of her jaw and after it sparked in Iridescent Strands, my White Stone deflected their point of impact and completely shredded Faith's body as she bounced off of the ground even more.
I pushed her back over to me with my gravitational ability, spinning my body and striking her face with my forearm. She flipped backward from the impact and landed cleanly on the ground. The bone fragments stabilized her position and charged in toward me again with the intention of disabling me.
They shot toward all of my joints.
"Dad..." I heard again. I stared up at Obsidia, who was beginning to mock Faith's voice to stun me.
I took a hit toward my jaw so powerful that my consciousness flashed out of existence. Obsidia performed a combo on me, as my joints were still destroyed, kicking me into the ground, then to another building, then striking me sixty times in the chest while I was stunned, before landing a kick in the same place and throwing me through several buildings.
I struck a dumpster with my back and the air shot out of my lungs.
I slid down the green dumpster with my hands falling at my sides. I couldn't handle the power at which I was hit...
Fuck...
"You really fell off, if I'm gonna be honest. I expected a whole shitload of power out of you, especially if it came to saving your daughter...don't tell me...your power resides in you trying to commit suicide in every fight you're in, doesn't it?" Obsidia asked me.
My senses were no longer dazed, and I stood up on both of my feet, looking at Obsidia with a smile.
"No, I just want to enjoy this," I told her. I wiped the dust off of my shirt and primed my fists. Obsidia did the same.
"See, you say that, but I've beaten you already in every regard. I'm stronger, so why don't you give up?" Obsidia asked me.
"Because you aren't Sky Asterio," I told her again.
Focus Sky...focus...
[Incarnation of Transfer]
[Incarnation of Regenerator]
[Singularity Incarnation]
For the first time in all of written history, I became the first person to activate three Incarnations at once.
As my left hand exploded into a flaming ball of flesh, Obsidia was struck directly in the center of her chest as the wound continuously healed and was damaged again. And, as a final blow to the fight, The Singularity Incarnation struck her from the dead center of the wound repeatedly healing over and over again, exploding the entire city we fought in into a mess of blood, guts, crumbled concrete, and ruins like the world has never before seen.
Streetlights sparked as their electronics failed, and as the dust cleared, Obsidia stood with dead eyes, locked onto the ground.
The amount of power that hit her would've been enough to kill all of Quake in one strike. It was enough power that I felt like I was close to my limit. The sporadic and strenuous conditions and placement of our punches and our fight in general caught up to me rapidly being exhausted.
I fell to one knee, panting, and letting the Strands return to the inside of my body.
Then.
I reacted as fast as possible, potentially saving my life from a strike from the bone-fragmented sickle. I ducked under her attack and witnesses a dark glow from underneath Obsidia's eyes.
Sliding back on the ground, I knew I had to end the fight soon. My body can't keep up with her pact...not without...
"What, you think that was enough to kill me? Come on, you know how you can kill me. You have to just kill your daughter." Obsidia told me.
"Not happening, you and I both know that I will get her back. It's a fact as plain as day." I told her.
Iridescent Strands pushed aside all debris on the street, allowing me to get a fresh look at Obsidia's appearance.
She had eleven tendrils on her back, all looming and waiting to strike. Her teeth sharpened even further, and I could see a tail swiping back and forth behind her. The closer and closer I got her to death, the more she looked like an animal. Her horns were bigger, her wings were getting larger as well over time, and with a smile, Obsidia vanished in front of me as her foot hit the ground.
"Focus..." I muttered.
Painting the entire city with Golden Strands, I was able to find her exact position and trace it out, feeling her muscles expand and constrict while she turned her body directly at me from three buildings over.
She warped once more, moving closer and closer to me as fast as she could. I rose my left hand up while walking and one of her horns collided with my White Stone.
[ULTIMATE DEFLECT]
As soon as Obsidia's horn hit my Stone and the ability activated, it quickly turned into bits and pieces of keratin that fell to the ground. She wasn't shot back as everybody normally is, but upon hitting the ground with her missing horn, I struck with a kick in the side of her jaw.
The hit itself connected and rang out with a loud noise like an explosion as Obsidia was launched through the entire first story of the building she went through the first time.
I followed her, moving my legs at a rate exponentially faster than anybody I've ever seen to catch up with her, kicking her upward into the floors above us.
She crashed through the ceilings head first and as she reached the very top, I met with her altitude, grabbed her foot, and slammed her straight through the same hole she created on the way up.
All of the windows within the skyscraper full of office buildings burst into shards of glass as Obsidia hit the ground underneath me.
