From The Fires of Hell

"There's one thing I've always wanted to tell you, above everything else...you've impressed me greatly. You were separated from me by your own choice, searching for strength by your own choice..." I let a few tears loose as time resumed.

Obsidia fell back to her feet and held a fragmented bone up in the air, waiting for me to finish before striking me down.

"Faith...you've made me...so proud...I want to ask something that sounds selfish...but something I know you can do." I said. I smiled, looking at Obsidia.

"Too bad you'll never say it." She said.

With the fragmented bone coming closer and closer to my throat, I continued to smile and then vanished directly behind Obsidia. I broke the speed of sound, the speed of light, and the speed of Strands simultaneously as my body became scorched with the steam of movement.

I planted my hand straight through Obsidia's chest, keeping a tight hold on her heart within my grasp. She moaned out in pain and showed off her own wicked smile.

"You fucking idiot! This is Faith's body, not mine! You just killed your own daughter! Haha!" She screamed.

"I don't think I did."

"What? What do you mean? What are you talking about? Why not?" Obsidia's tone became cautious and worried, attempting to wiggle out of my grasp.

"My daughter is Faith Asterio."

[INCARNATION OF TRANSFER]

Iridescent Strands exploded into bursts of golden light from around my body as Faith's wound miraculously healed. Like sucking dust off of the ground, Obsidia lost her control over Faith's body...

And moved directly into mine.

I kept her enclosed, tightly, into my chest. The only thing keeping my body moving at this moment wasn't even a heart, but the pure, unadulterated rage and hatred for the woman I trapped within my body.

I am an A.I. Obsidia is a Strand-Entity.

When Obsidia told me that Faith gave up control to Obsidia, it was revealed to me in that same moment that Obsidia was a Strand-Entity capable of switching with an Asterio. This put her on another level of power than most people on Earth...but she was absolutely no match for my daughter, Faith Asterio.

I would soon lose control of my body thanks to the corroded stamina I have from my permanent wounds. I purposefully took hits that would weaken me and allow Faith to have an easier fight...but I had no way of ensuring victory.

I knew she was capable of fighting me, even at full power, but she was trapped in her own head for too long. I pulled her out, gave her a second chance, and smiled as Faith's horrified eyes gazed upon my changing body.

Bone fragments began to shoot out of every inch of me, creating sharp blades in place of the sabers I wanted to wield. My face was smiling, but my eyes were dead.

"Faith...only you can defeat me...show Obsidia what our family is made of..." I told her.

Tear drops fell from the corner of her eyes as her mouth was stuck open. She whimpered, and I let loose one last sentence that would ground her.

"I have faith in you, Faith."

At that moment in time, Faith's gaze fixated perfectly on Obsidia, and a series of memories filled her mind that didn't belong to her.

Sky's boiling hot rage at Lia the moment she killed Domin. The Wrath he felt when his Mom died by Providence, compounded, filtering into each other, and slurring the memories of happiness into nothing but despair. To Faith's mind, nothing went well. Her grandmother was killed in combat, her father was taken over by her arch nemesis, and the people around her whom she regarded as good were killed. So many bad things happened that Faith unleashed doors that made her an Arkian.

They came off of the hinges, and her body swirled with Iridescent Strands. She lost all of her memories, and became a being of pure motivation and instinct, drooling at the very sight of her prey. The accumulated power that she received through her nine months of growth appeared at the very tip of her finger, and with that, she pulled her fist back so far that the tendons connecting everything in her arm together snapped from the pressure.

The pressure of wind warping around her fist curved against the Earth. The city was reduced to not even a crater, but a canyon from the punch in front of her that sprawled out over six hundred miles across North America. Water shot everywhere and the very ground itself across the entire world shook so violently that no building was untouched.

Obsidia was absolutely dismantled as Sky Asterio's body couldn't hold up against the strength of the punch. She began to fall out of his body, before quickly reclaiming control with only 60% of her previous control.

On January 5th, at 3:04 P.M., for the first time in all of recorded Human and Arkian history, matter had been destroyed.

The power coming from Faith's punch had incinerated the very building blocks of reality, and after striking Obsidia's body with her fist, she split atoms.

Black, yellow, purple, and red strands shot out of the strike and Obsidia's eyes went completely white as the dimension around her shattered and caused her destruction in the other six dimensions connected to Faith's current one.

Not only had Faith destroyed matter in all seven dimensions, but Obsidia's existence in all seven planes were completely wiped clean of its slate. The singular punch that came from the fires of hell disrupted the dimensions and ruined Cynthia's overarching plan.

The world was sent into chaos, as Obsidia honed her motivation and ran at Faith with the motivation to kill.

Faith summoned an Iridescent Saber and cut her hair to shoulder length, focusing her Iridescent eyes onto Obsidia's pathing. She held two fingers up to the bottom of her eyeball, and let out a sigh of anger.

"Incarnation...of...WRATH!"
