The Lumberjack

Since Sulia is freezing, I decided to put her by the fireplace while I put more firewood on it to make the fire stronger and warmer.

This whole time, she was dead quiet while not trying to move or struggle which was rather unexpected since she was feisty a little while ago.

Since I already got the answers I needed from her, I don't exactly know how to break the ice now. Especially since I have given her the impression that I am an enemy.

Well, it's not wrong, but I don't necessarily have to treat her like one. She's just a kid after all.

"Who are you, really?"

While she snuggles tightly around the wooly blankets, she looks at me while being very weary and cautious.

"Not someone you want to annoy, kid."

"I'm not a kid, I'm 15."

"Then you're still a kid. Also, it would benefit us both if you behave properly from now on."

"Are you not scared that I would tell Ben what happened earlier?"
