Cold Water

I look at the girl with a body armour of the sort approach me with my instincts screaming for me to go aggressive.

"Did you really consider working here?"

"I wanted to do something time while I wait for my friend's sisters classes to finish."

If I remember correctly, her name was Vikaar? Quite an odd name.

"Fate really brought you together. Isn't that nice, Vi~."

Immediately, her face turned red as she flailed around her arms in a panic.

Even if I wasn't an incubus, anyone could tell...

"Please! Don't say such scandalous things! Also, I'm very sorry about my subordinate's attitude."

"It's fine. Being energetic is a lovely trait anyway."

When I said that, Vikaar lets out a gasp while the girl next to me looked at me with a blush. Clearly she wasn't expecting a compliment.
