That early morning I immediately opened my eyes slowly when I heard a noise in my ears.

I narrowed my eyes and looked slowly towards the outside of the shop where we were staying; at that very second, I immediately widened my eyes when there were already several wendigos walking back and forth like looking for something.

I looked in the direction where the other Alphas were, but it turned out that they were all still sleeping so soundly.

How can they sleep so soundly in a dangerous place like this? Luckily I had woken up from my sleep and knew there were still some wendigos outside the shophouse.

If maybe I didn't wake up, we could all died instantly in this shophouse because the wendigos preyed on me.

I tried to move slowly closer to where the others were, trying not to make the slightest sound because if the wendigos found out about me, we, the Alphas in this shop, would be finished.
