Listen to music

Looking at his phone , hoping to get a text from the lab .Alex noticed the time,thinking he needed to throw out some options so she could decided what she was going to do this afternoon .

"Sweetheart I will be going back to court after lunch, until we can find out how that drone got past the radar don't go outside the castle. "

"Alex if that drone was trying to hurt me how do you think they knew I was out side?"

He had been thinking the same thing but he couldn't think of anyone in his Castle who might betray him, he had been a fair employer and never treated anyone who worked in the castle badly, but just to be on the safe side he had a couple of

suggestions .

"I would feel better if you come with me to the throne room but I know you would be bored to death."

Thinking back to the things she told him , she liked to do on the day he picked her up at Whitley Castle..another thought crossed his mind "Or you could listen to some music in your room and pick out some songs for our wedding."

On that day he had listened to every word she spoke making a mental note of all the things she liked to do., all he could think about was trying to make her happy ,so she would fall in love with him .Now that she has fallen in love with him all he can think about is keeping her safe .

He never dreamed someone in his own castle would ever want to harm her. He had done extensive background checks on all his employees and none of them had ever been arrested .

They all came from nice families some of them even had relationships with humans.His pastry chef Mark was a human. And several of the ladies who worked in the castle had half blood children some of the younger ones were half blood themselves.

He placed his hand under her chin tilting her head up , he new she wanted him to help choose all of the stuff for their wedding, a good solution came to mind

"I can listen to them tonight "

Seeing how hard Alex was trying to make her happy, she agreed to go back to her room."I think listening to music in my room will be a better choice, your right I would be bored to death in the court. "

"Sweetheart pick the songs you like and we can dance to them tonight, sometimes a song can warm your heart by listening to it.

However it can feel completely different if I'm holding you in my arms."

She smiled thinking to herself how did she get so lucky. He always made her feel so loved and special, now she couldn't wait to get started browsing her play list for the perfect song. She leaned her head on his shoulder closing her eyes , basking in his wonderful scent that filled her heart with peace. She breathed , "I love so much ,thank you."

Confused he wondered did he miss something, why was his little Pet thanking him, maybe he should ask before he gets scolded again like he did in Mrs Green's office. "Sweetheart, why are you thanking me?"

"Just for being you, with your kind heart always thinking about what I want. Doing everything thing you can to make me happy.I will tell you a secret, you don't need to try so hard ,you make me happy." She smiled, "Now take me to the bedroom "

His eyes glimmered and his lips curled upwards, he reached for his phone in his pocket "let me cancel court sweetheart."

Realizing what he was thinking, she chuckled at the misunderstanding immediately correcting him."I didn't mean that. I want to go listen to music and find our perfect song."

"Damm sweetheart are you trying to give me a heart attack?

Rolling her eyes she grabbed his hand teasing him , "No , I would never do that ,listening to music will give me something to do until karmen gets here."

"Have you called your friend sweetheart, to make sure she hasn't ran into any problems?"

"No ,but I will do that when I get to my room ."

"Didn't you say she should be here around four o'clock? She should be getting closer by."

"It want be long before she arrives , and we will have so much to talk about . She has been going through a hard time and I'm the one she usually talks to. She broke up with her boyfriend the day I came to live with you. But I'm glad she finally told that over barring ass to take a hike. She hasn't told me what happened. He was a control freak and Karmen is really kind . He must have done something really bad to her. Sometimes he wouldn't even let her go skiing or to the lake with me and Ethan. He would gilt trip her. Karmen is really beautiful and he was to possessive. I just know you will like Karmen . She explained

Alex listen to her amused,as she raved about this no good boyfriend her friend just dumped .As they walked to the bedroom together.
